Our 12 day stay at Arsen’s home was wonderful! The home is as beautiful as the pictures led us to believe, with many gorgeous views and places to curl up or to engage in fun activities. However, the listing promised airconditioning, two of the bedrooms didnt have A/C. Arsen agreed that we could buy fans for those two rooms + deduct the cost .We were 11 people in total, including four young children. We spread out , enjoyed the various parts of the property, including the pool, the sunbathing areas, workout space, pingpong table and games room. The kitchen is well equipped so as to prep large meals for this size group. Arsen and his parents were great hosts, accommodating our needs and questions and requests for advice before arrival. However, the clothes dryer didn’t work and a key door could not be locked. We ended up having to use the drying rack. The house is beautiful and well situated.This is a wonderful home and Arsen + his parents made our family vacation a huge success

What a fantastic place, accommodation, and hosts! Arsen's parents took great care of us at check-in and during the days we stayed there. Even though they live right next to the house, we weren't disturbed by it at all, and they were truly super sweet, friendly, and helpful. The villa was amazingly beautiful, clean, and had a magical view and terrace. It is quite secluded in a peaceful environment, but that also means it's not within walking distance to necessities, but we were prepared for that. Unfortunately, there were also quite a few wasps when we were there, which made having breakfast/lunch outdoors difficult, but that was really the only negative. We really had a great week and would love to come back again! 10/10 ⭐️ Thank you!!

Communication with Arsen beforehand was wonderfully warm, and his responses were always very prompt. His parents also graciously welcomed us upon arrival and were helpful throughout our stay. The fantastic view from the garden delighted us every day. The villa is lovingly decorated with great attention to detail and offers many cozy corners to relax in. We particularly enjoyed the sheltered lounge in the covered corner – a wonderful place to enjoy relaxed hours even in the wind. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers a large selection of dishes and appliances. As we were likely the first guests of the new season, not everything worked perfectly at the beginning. Arsen apologized for that – you really can't be angry with him ;-). We look back on a wonderful time in the villa and can easily imagine coming back.
