I stayed here for the first time in 2019 when this accommodation was just starting out. Today, it was much easier with filling out the online form and paying a €100 deposit for any potential damages (or one can pay €30 to avoid this). Occasionally, €200 was blocked on my credit card until the older payment was released. (The deposit is renewed weekly) I thought Airbnb support would help the host recover money from me in case I damaged something. All of this seemed unnecessary considering the state of the furnishings. The hot tub did not work, we had to clean the dishwasher and resolve its closing, and there was no hand soap or dishwasher tablets upon arrival. Everything looked worn out. Another guest communicated the shortcomings and said it all sounded like it was known, but there was not much willingness to repair the hot tub, for example. There are no unpleasant smells here, and aroma diffusers are placed throughout the property. There is plenty of parking space and good bus access. For the price, it’s fine accommodation.
