Excellent stay with Margaret. The house is very pretty, spacious, well-equipped and decorated. The outdoor areas provide a peaceful stay close to nature. A few minutes' walk from the beaches and very near the traditional village of Volissos, the house is ideally located to discover the north of Chios off the beaten track. Thanks to Margaret we had an excellent stay and we definitely plan to return.

Our group was 2 families: 4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 10. We wanted to have large spaces for the kids to play while some of us were working. The bedrooms and beds were more than enough, comfy and clean. Downstairs do not have A/C but this was not a problem for us since the windows have nets and there was a great breeze to put us right to sleep. The terrace is beautiful at night to watch the stars, the bay and listen to cicadas singing. Kitchen had all the amenities to cook full breakfast. Super clean house. The house was full of antiques and authentic furniture so we felt very local and cozy. It was a great experience to live in a comfortable and authentic house while having all the modern amenities. Our host was super helpful in giving spot on recommendations as well. This area of Chios (northwest) is almost untouched with little organized beaches and facilities. This house is 5 minutes walking distance to an organized beach which has a nice restaurant with sunbeds.
