L’avis que je laisse concerne l’aquagite de Gonneville-Sur-Mer et non pas la roulotte puisque nous n’avons pas pu y séjourner.

Mes amies et moi avons passé un bon séjour, nous avons pu profiter de l’espace extérieur du logement mais aussi nous rendre à la plage très rapidement en voiture. Quelques points négatifs à noter concernant l’organisation et la communication mais qui n’ont pas gêné notre séjour.

Points positifs: 
L’aquagite est un logement original 
L’espace disponible à l’extérieur est très agréable et vaste (vraiment top)
Les animaux de compagnie y sont acceptés
Houlgate est à 10 minutes en voiture (super pratique)
Il peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes
Possibilité de faire un barbecue
Possibilité de se garer près du logement
Arrivée autonome

Points négatifs:
Peu d’équipement: pas de drap ni de serviettes, pas de liquide vaisselle ni même un torchon. Nous avons fait la vaisselle avec du savon pour les mains, seul produit qui était fourni dans le logement
L’organisation: J’ai réservé la roulotte sur AirBnb mais on m’a très vite rappelée pour me dire qu’elle n’était plus disponible. On m’a proposé l’aquagite à la place, ce que j’ai accepté. A partir de ce moment, je n’ai eu aucune information sur l’aquagite et j’ai dû envoyer des sms au numéro qui m’avait appelée pour chaque information. 
Le prix: Au téléphone, on m’a fait comprendre que je faisais une affaire concernant le prix. Seulement, en voyant les prix qui étaient affichés sur place, au mur de l’aquagite, cela n’avait pas l’air d’être le cas.
La communication: A la fin du séjour, nous parlons de ces soucis avec le propriétaire qui nous répond que c’est parce que j’ai réservé en passant par un autre site que AirBnb, ce qui n’est pas le cas. Dialogue de sourds entre le Monsieur qui me montre une réservation à mon nom sur un site que je ne connais pas et moi qui lui montre ma réservation AirBnb et mon paiement sur la même plateforme.

Globalement, séjour positif !

The review I'm leaving concerns the aquagite in Gonneville-Sur-Mer, and not the caravan since we were unable to stay there.

My friends and I had a good stay; we were able to enjoy the outdoor space of the accommodation as well as get to the beach very quickly by car. There are a few negative points to note regarding the organization and communication, but these did not hinder our stay.

Positive points: 
The aquagite is an original accommodation 
The available outdoor space is very pleasant and spacious (really great)
Pets are welcome 
Houlgate is 10 minutes by car (super convenient)
It can accommodate up to 4 people
Possibility to have a barbecue
Parking near the accommodation
Autonomous arrival

Negative points:
Few amenities: no sheets or towels, no dish soap or even a towel. We washed the dishes with hand soap, the only product provided in the accommodation.
The organization: I booked the caravan on AirBnb, but I was quickly called to be told it was no longer available. I was offered the aquagite instead, which I accepted. From that moment on, I had no further information about the aquagite and had to send texts to the number that called me for every piece of information. 
The price: On the phone, it was implied that I was getting a good deal regarding the price. However, looking at the prices displayed on-site on the wall of the aquagite, that didn’t seem to be the case.
The communication: At the end of the stay, we discussed these issues with the owner, who replied that it was because I booked through a different site than AirBnb, which is not the case. It was a dialogue of the deaf between the gentleman showing me a reservation in my name on a site I don’t know and me showing him my AirBnb reservation and payment on the same platform.

Overall, a positive stay!

Le logement est idéalement situé proche de Villers Sur Mer et Deauville tout en restant au calme. Le gite est bien équipé et propre.

The accommodation is ideally located close to Villers Sur Mer and Deauville while remaining quiet. The cottage is well-equipped and clean.

Bel endroit, logement sympathique, seul hic, le ménage de la roulotte qui avait dû être oublié avant notre arrivée.

Lovely place, nice accommodation, the only hiccup was the cleaning of the caravan which seemed to have been forgotten before our arrival.

Les roulottes de Jérôme sont très bien situées, 5mn de la mer en voiture, 25mn à pieds, et présentent une rare caractéristique, elles sont sur les hauteurs, sans vis-à-vis, dans un cadre protégé et clos. L'impression d'être à la fois proche de tout et au calme, loin des regards, est réussie. Les roulottes sont en retrait du passage principal et leurs terrasses tournées vers les paddocks, on profite d'un mirador d'observation à proximité des chevaux en pension, on dispose même d'un petit jardin privé. La nature alentour est très belle et les arbres sont majestueux. Il manque c'est vrai un torchon pour la vaisselle si on n'a rien prévu, mais il est aussi intéressant, puisque rare, de chercher dans sa garde-robe ce qu'on veut bien céder à un essuyage de vaisselle. Soft western en Normandie, je recommande pour ceux qui ont envie de se reposer, sans se couper du monde si un soudain besoin de foule se présentait urgemment.

Jérôme's caravans are very well located, 5 minutes from the sea by car, 25 minutes on foot, and they feature a rare characteristic: they are situated on high ground, without overlooking neighbors, in a protected and enclosed setting. The feeling of being both close to everything and at peace, away from prying eyes, is successfully achieved. The caravans are set back from the main passage and their terraces face the paddocks; one can enjoy an observation tower nearby the horses in boarding, and there is even a small private garden. The surrounding nature is very beautiful and the trees are majestic. It is true that a dish towel is missing if you haven't brought anything, but it is also interesting, since it is rare, to look in your wardrobe for something you can afford to use for drying dishes. Soft western in Normandy, I recommend it for those who want to relax without cutting themselves off from the world if a sudden need for crowds arises.

one night in the white caravan in July 2021 positive points: setting/view/intimacy of a garden with tall hedges/spacious caravan/quiet/near the sea negative points: caravan dirty/bathroom rug full of hair (maybe an oversight..)/nook dirty dust and hair as well/old spring mattress... be sure to bring all household linen (towels, sheets, dishcloth)

Petite escale a Deauville très sympa dans la roulotte de Jérôme pour la nuit du 31. Très bon accueil de Jérôme même s'il a fait particulièrement froid cette nuit (temperature ext &lt;0).

Séjour idéal pour une famille avec des enfant en bas âge: verdure, animaux, espace, à 5 min de la plage. Nous étions très bien accueilli.

Nous avons passé un week-end dans une des roulottes de Jérôme. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Jérôme. La cadre est agréable, à Villiers sur mer, dans sa propriété équestre. La roulotte est très sympathique, au calme, avec le confort nécessaire. Linge de lit et serviettes de toilettes à prévoir. Un petit souci d'eau chaude réglé par Jérôme, pas mal de mouches également à eliminer pour être tranquille, mais gloablement pour un week end c'était un peu insolite, sympathique et bien situé pour bouger dans la région. 

We spent a weekend in one of Jérôme's caravans. We were warmly welcomed by Jérôme. The setting is pleasant, in Villiers sur Mer, on his equestrian property. The caravan is very nice, quiet, with the necessary comfort. Bed linen and towels need to be brought. There was a small problem with hot water that Jérôme fixed, and quite a few flies to get rid of to be undisturbed, but overall for a weekend it was a bit unusual, pleasant, and well located to move around the region.

Très bon accueil de la part de Jérôme, dans un superbe endroit, en pleine nature, un vrai havre de paix. On se réveille avec vue sur les chevaux, et un excellent petit déjeuner nous attend devant la porte de la roulotte, à l'heure qui nous convient. Roulotte qui est d'ailleurs très bien agencée, tout le confort dans un petit espace mais largement suffisant pour quelques jours dans ce logement atypique !! a refaire d'urgence pour recharger les batteries !!!

Very welcoming host in Jérôme, in a beautiful spot, right in nature, a true haven of peace. We wake up with a view of the horses, and an excellent breakfast awaits us at the door of the caravan, at a time that suits us. The caravan, by the way, is very well arranged, all the comfort in a small space but more than enough for a few days in this unusual accommodation! Must do again urgently to recharge the batteries!

Ein schöner ruhiger Ort.  Der Wagon ist komfortabel. In der Küche fehlten Geschirrtücher, das Geschirr im Schrank war nicht sehr sauber.  Für 140 Euro sollte das eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein, ebenso die Anwesenheit von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche.

A nice quiet place. The wagon is comfortable. There were no dish towels in the kitchen, and the dishes in the cupboard were not very clean. For 140 euros, this should be a given, as well as the presence of towels and bedding.

Aside from a couple of U-turns to find it, there was nothing serious, the stay was super pleasant, an unusual but very nice place, we were very well received. Not recommended for die-hard city lovers... even though Villers is right next door.

You can book with confidence, the place is calm, bucolic, amidst the animals, and Jérôme will welcome you in the best way and give you valuable advice. The caravan is impeccable, perfectly equipped, and attached to a lovely little garden surrounded by hedges with colorful tables and chairs. All just 10 minutes from the beach, and dog-friendly, really a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at La Pomone. Many thanks to Jerome's brother-in-law for his warm welcome. The children have wonderful memories of this night in a caravan and meeting the chickens and goats! Everything you need is on site, beautifully decorated caravans with all modern comforts! We would do it again without hesitation :)

Endroit atypique et convivial. Nous avons passé une nuit en famille. Il faisait très froid dehors, prévoir des pyjamas chauds et des chaussons car le sol de la roulotte est froid.

Unique and friendly place. We spent a night with family. It was very cold outside, so remember to bring warm pajamas and slippers as the floor of the caravan is cold.

We just stayed for a night but we would have like to stay more. The place is really nice, relaxing and different  from regular airbnbs. The Roulotte is tiny (we were 4 adults) but has all you need and in very good conditions.
