Tout s'est très bien passé avec Alen qui nous a reçu et tout expliqué clairement et était disponible rapidement en cas de besoin ! Alen nous a conseillé de bons endroits à visiter et pour manger Ce fut un très bon séjour dans une superbe maison ! Le quartier est excentré de la ville donc il faut de préférence louer un véhicule, mais c'est faisable en Uber

Everything went very well with Alen who welcomed us and explained everything clearly and was quickly available if needed! Alen recommended good places to visit and eat. It was a very good stay in a beautiful house! The neighborhood is located outside the city, so it's best to rent a vehicle, but it's feasible by Uber.

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful villa! The hosts are super welcoming, warm, responsive, and very available! A platter of cold cuts and cheese was offered to us upon arrival. We had an excellent stay at Alen and Sanja's. The villa is stunning and clean, you arrive feeling at home. Alen and Sanja are incredibly accommodating and warm. A must-see and not to be missed for a stay in Croatia.

Alen was by far the best air BnB host I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond accommodating our constantly changing transfer plans and getting us checked in early which saved our first day. He also gave great recommendations including the Klis fortress which was used in Game of Thrones. We went as a group of 10 lads who utilised all the rooms and the sofa bed rooms, which once converted feel the same as a regular bedroom. The house had everything we needed and we felt completely looked after during our stay if we ever needed anything. The place is situated high away from Split which gives the amazing views in the pictures, however, although taxis are only a 20 minute drive to the centre and not very expensive, they can take a while to be accepted as it’s out the way - sometimes taking 30-40 mins to accept our trips. This did not take away from our experience at all which was perfect, it just meant we had to be organised. I could not recommend this place enough, thank you Alen and Sanja

En helt otrolig värd! Alen tillsammans med sin fru kom och hämtade upp oss från flygplatsen när vi kom, hjälpte oss att gå igenom boendet och hälsade oss varmt välkomna! De skjutsade även tillbaka oss till flygplatsen när vi var påväg tillbaka. Kontakten med Alen har inprincip varit helt perfekt, han svarar alltid inom en kvart och har varit väldigt behjälplig innan resan, men särskilt under tiden vi bodde hos dem. Kan inget annat än att starkt rekommendera att bo hos honom! Fantastiskt fint hus och det är till och med finare i verkligheten än en på bilderna, det har uppdaterats en hel del sen dem togs Vi var en grupp på 11 personer som åkte och trivdes väldigt väl!

An absolutely amazing host! Alen and his wife came to pick us up from the airport when we arrived, helped us get settled into the accommodation, and warmly welcomed us! They also drove us back to the airport when we were headed home. Communication with Alen has been perfect, he always replies within fifteen minutes and has been very helpful before the trip, but especially during our stay with them. I can only strongly recommend staying with him! A fabulously nice house, and it’s actually even nicer in reality than in the pictures, it has been updated quite a bit since they were taken. We were a group of 11 people who traveled and we had a great time!

Wij zaten met 8 meiden in het huis van Alen en we hebben een geweldige tijd gehad! Het huis was grandioos en de tuin met zwembad ook. Het uitzicht was prachtig. Het huis had alles en was perfect in orde. Ook de hosts waren super behulpzaam en helpen heel goed met bijvoorbeeld taxi vanaf het vliegveld. Ook hadden ze een keer in de week vers brood gebracht in de ochtend. Het was een super week en ik zou er zo nog een keer naartoe willen! Ik heb niets negatiefs te zeggen! Aarzel niet om het te boeken. Groet.

We were 8 girls in Alen's house, and we had a fantastic time! The house was amazing, and the garden with the pool was great too. The view was beautiful. The house had everything and was in perfect order. The hosts were also super helpful and assisted well with things like taxis from the airport. They also brought fresh bread once a week in the morning. It was a super week, and I would love to go there again! I have nothing negative to say! Don't hesitate to book it. Regards.

Fantastic stay!

The house exceeded our expectations. The view was 10/10 and the pool area was really nice. Alen was the perfect host and communication worked really well & fast. Truly greatful for Alen for providing support during our stay and for the amazing customer service. We had the best time and would definetly come back while traveling to Croatia!

Perfect for a group of friends or family. We had an amazing stay. Alen gave us a very warm welcome and was helpful throughout the entire period that we stayed there. The house itself has everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Big pool, with a great view. And then if you want to go out to Split it just takes a simple 20 min uber/taxi ride. Die Unterkunft von Alen war perfekt für unsere große Jungs und Mädchen Gruppe. Die Stadt kann einfach und günstig mit einem Uber erreicht werden. Auch die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und man hat eine gute Aussicht wobei man beachten sollte die Ruhezeiten aufgrund von Nachbarn einzuhalten. Alen und Sanja waren den ganzen Aufenthalt über problemlos erreichbar und auch der Pool wurde alle zwei Tage gesäubert.

Alen's accommodation was perfect for our large group of boys and girls. The city can easily and cheaply be reached by Uber. The location of the house is also very quiet and has a good view, although one should keep in mind the quiet hours due to neighbors. Alen and Sanja were easily reachable throughout our stay, and the pool was cleaned every other day.

We absolutely loved our stay with Sanja and Alen! We were a group of 7 girls on a hen do and this villa was perfect for us. Alen kindly picked us up from the airport and took us to a local supermarket, he also gave us a tour of the area on the way to the villa along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Communication from Alen was great, he checked in with us via text throughout our stay and was responsive to any questions that we had. The villa itself is amazing - clean, spacious, and with great views. We are so lucky to have found this place. Thank you so much! We will be back!

We loved our stay in Solin.  Sanja’s place had everything we needed.  It had tons of room for our group of 10.  The pool area was amazing and was enjoyed by all.  If we had any questions Sanja was quick to respond.  Would definitely stay here again.

We zijn met 11 meiden hierheen gegaan en het huisje was nog beter dan verwacht! Enorm ruim met genoeg slaapkamers en badkamers en een prachtig zwembad met mooi uitzicht! Sanja en Alen zijn super fijne hosts! Ze hadden ons zelfs eerder dan de inchecktijd ontvangen en ons gelijk een rit gegeven naar de supermarkt. Gedurende onze tijd in het huis waren ze continu beschikbaar voor vragen en erg behulpzaam! Het huis is super goed bereikbaar met uber en ongeveer 20 minuten rijden naar het centrum. Ik raad dit huis zeker aan! Bedankt voor de fijne week :)

We came here with 11 girls and the house was even better than expected! Extremely spacious with enough bedrooms and bathrooms and a beautiful pool with a nice view! Sanja and Alen are super nice hosts! They even received us earlier than check-in time and immediately gave us a ride to the supermarket. During our time in the house, they were constantly available for questions and very helpful! The house is super accessible with Uber and about a 20-minute drive to the center. I definitely recommend this house! Thank you for the lovely week :)

Sanja en Alen zijn echt superhosts. Ze doen alles om je vakantie een succes te maken. Op de eerste avond stootte een van mijn vrienden zijn teen, waardoor hij naar de dokter moest. Sanja stond binnen een half uur klaar om ons ernaartoe te brengen. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Er zit ook een koelkast bij het zwembad, zodat je het huis niet iedere keer in hoeft om een drankje of hapje te halen. Het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig. Je zit iets hoger op een berg, dus naar plekken lopen is niet echt een optie. Maar met een Uber, die hier goedkoop zijn, ben je binnen een half uur overal waar je in Split maar wil zijn. Er is op verschillende plekken in het huis airconditioning, wat de temperatuur aangenaam maakt in de zomer. Er zijn verschillende balkons met een prachtig uitzicht op de stad, vooral ‘s avonds is het mooi met de lichten.

Sanja and Alen are truly superhosts. They do everything to make your holiday a success. On the first evening, one of my friends stubbed his toe, which required a visit to the doctor. Sanja was ready within half an hour to take us there. The pool is lovely. There's also a fridge by the pool, so you don’t have to go back to the house every time to grab a drink or snack. The view is absolutely stunning. You are situated a bit higher up on a hill, so walking to places isn't really an option. But with an Uber, which are cheap here, you can get anywhere in Split within half an hour. There is air conditioning in different parts of the house, which makes the temperature pleasant in the summer. There are various balconies with a beautiful view of the city, especially in the evening when the lights are on.

Sanje en Alen waren top hosts. Toen we aankwamen werden we door ze opgehaald en konden we nog voordat we in de villa gingen boodschappen doen. Eenmaal in het huis voelde we ons erg verwelkomd! We kregen hun nummer en konden ze allebei altijd meteen bereiken als er iets was, of als je iets nodig had. Verder het huis was heerlijk airco top, zwembad heerlijk en alles werkt goed in het huis. Ook geven ze je benodigde tips voor je verdere verblijf in Split. Alen & Sanja thanks voor deze mooie week in Kroatië Split!

Sanje and Alen were top hosts. When we arrived, they picked us up, and we were able to go grocery shopping before heading into the villa. Once in the house, we felt very welcomed! We got their number and could always reach them immediately if there was anything we needed. The house was lovely, with great air conditioning, a wonderful pool, and everything worked well in the house. They also provided necessary tips for our stay in Split. Vi var 12 gutter som var der en ukes tid, som hadde den beste opplevelsen der. Perfekt og ryddig hus med fint basseng og fin utsikt. Vi ble tilbudt å bli kjørt fram og tilbake fra flyplassen til huset til en god pris. Sanja svarte oss så å si med engang etter vi hadde spurt on noe så responstiden er veldig bra. Huset er bare 10-15 min unna split sentrum og det er lett å få tak i en uber. Anbefaler virkelig dette stedet, 10/10

We were 12 guys who were there for about a week and had the best experience. Perfect and tidy house with a nice pool and a beautiful view. We were offered a good price for the airport transfers to and from the house. Sanja responded almost immediately after we asked about something, so the response time is really good. The house is just 10-15 minutes from Split city center and it's easy to get an Uber. I really recommend this place, 10/10.

Vi var to familier som reiste sammen. Det var et stort hus med god plass til alle. Flott bassengområde med et stort basseng. Vertene var imøtekommende og behjelpelige med spørsmål vi hadde. Huset var i et rolig nabolag med nydelig utsikt over split. Enkelt å ta buss til og fra sentrum. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

We were two families traveling together. It was a large house with plenty of space for everyone. Great pool area with a large pool. The hosts were welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. The house was in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely view of Split. Easy to take the bus to and from the city center. We would gladly return here.

Boendet var mycket bättre än väntat! Huset var mycket finare än på bilderna och utsikten var otrolig. Läget är avskiljt och lugnt och området runt poolen är enormt! Köken är väl utrustade och allt var superfrächt! Sanja och Allen var utmärkta värdar som svarade på frågor direkt och även erbjöd sig att leverera nybakat bröd på morgonen. Vi kunde inte vara mer nöjda med vår vistelse!

The accommodation was much better than expected! The house was much nicer than in the pictures, and the view was incredible. The location is secluded and quiet, and the area around the pool is huge! The kitchens are well equipped, and everything was super fresh! Sanja and Allen were excellent hosts who answered questions immediately and even offered to deliver freshly baked bread in the morning. We couldn't be more satisfied with our stay!

My friends and I had a great time in Solin/Split thanks to Sanja and her husband. The view from the villa was incredible and ordering an Uber from the villa to Split was easy and cheap. Would recommend this villa to anyone and I’d definitely come back!

Die Buchung der Unterkunft hat sich alle mal gelohnt. Das Haus und der Pool sind genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben und wie in den Bildern gezeigt. Der Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Manche der Betten sind zwar etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig, was aber dem Gesamterlebnis nicht schadet. Die Kommunikation mit Sanja und Alen war einwandfrei. Die Lage des Hauses, ist, trotz etwas schwieriger Anfahrt, sehr gut. Man kann im Haus und am Pool für sich sein, ist aber auch mit dem Auto oder dem Taxi innerhalb weniger Minuten im Zentrum von Split. Da man direkte Nachbarn hat, sollte die Nachtruhe eingehalten werden. Alles in allem war es ein runder Aufenthalt, bei dem alles gepasst hat. Auf jeden Fall erwähnenswert ist der herrliche Blick auf die Stadt vom Balkon und vom Pool.

Booking the accommodation was definitely worth it. The house and pool are exactly as described in the listing and shown in the pictures. The accommodation is very clean and very well equipped. Some of the beds take a bit of getting used to, but this does not affect the overall experience. The communication with Sanja and Alen was flawless. The location of the house, despite a slightly tricky approach, is very good. You can have your privacy in the house and by the pool, but you are also just a few minutes away from the center of Split by car or taxi. As you have direct neighbors, quiet hours should be respected. Overall, it was a wonderful stay where everything worked out perfectly. It is definitely worth mentioning the splendid view of the city from the balcony and from the pool.

This place has a really good pool and pool area to chill with friends. House was big and clean and the host was really helpful and reacted really quikcly if we needed anything.

Sanja and Alen are increadable hosts. First of all they have a wounderfull house - but that is really not the best of it, that is thier wounderfull way of being host. They are open, honest and really helpfull. They give a lot of themself and support in case you need anything - and I mean anything. Small questions, ordering pizza, transportation! Thanks a lot for a showing us Croatia!

A lovely quiet villa, fantastic views, very clean and lots of space. A wonderful pool, super clean and again amazing views. Easy to get to Split using Uber and Sanja can provide details of a local taxi service if required. The nearby village of Solin is very nice with several bars and a great restaurant beside a wonderful nature filled mill pond.

We had the best stay here! We rented cars to get around, but taxis were often and easy to get. Sanja was lovely and welcoming and kind and there were even beers there when we arrived. We would defiantly come back and stay again x

Wow. What can I say. If you want to stay in the mountains to look out onto Split this your place. The hosts were amazing. Picked us up from the airport late, took us into town and offered to pick up takeaway for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were ok. Before the stay Sanja was so responsive. Not one fault… there was 9 of us and it was perfect. Plenty of space. If you’re thinking of booking…. Don’t think.. DO!!!

Thank you Alen and Sanja. We had an incredible stay on the villa! The house is huge and has everything that you need on vocation. There was enough place for the hole group of 12 people without any problem. It’s never boring: we really enjoyed playing billiard, table tennis and basketball. The pool is also amazing, with grill, a table to have breakfast with a breathtaking view of the city, you have a fridge by the pool too so you always have cold drinks. Anja was always very kind to us and ready to help and provide all the information we needed. It was the best place to spend our time. I’ll definitely recommend it to all my friends and come back again.

What can I say !? An amazing experience staying at Sanja and Alen’s! We were a group of 11 and we enjoyed it so much. I’ve taken a lot of Airbnb but I’ve never had such kind and nice hosts. I’m so happy to have chosen their place. They have been extremely helpful and nice the whole journey. We had an amazing stay at this place. The host is kind and very helpful, when there was something we needed we got help immediately. Besides that, the villa was just perfect. It is situated at a great location with an amazing view of split. We stayed there for 6 days but we wished we would have stayed longer. Thank you Alen and Sanja for our great time!

The Appartement & the both hosts (Sanja & Alen) are really nice, kind & helpfull. Both provided some recommendation‘s for sight seeing activities. We would definetly recommend the boat Trip. The pool area is huge, furthermore there is a fireplace for grilling & a refrigerator. The location of the apartment is outside of Solin in the mountains, which leads to an great view of Split. But a car / Uber is needed to Visit Solin / Split. Solin is about 7 minutes away by car, Split about 25 minutes.

We were a group of 12 people and the house was perfectly equiped for our Needs. The house is seperated into 3 Apartments and every Apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. The kitchens were very well equiped with everything we needed including dish washer and a lot of kitchen equipment. We really enjoyed the pool area wich is situated around 20 meters away from the house. The pool is very big with a few sundbeds, a Bbq and fridge next to it wich was perfect for a big group like us. Especially nice were the ping pong and billiard table aswell as the basketball hoop and the grass area next to the pool wich we used a lot. The house is around 15-20 minutes away from the split city, fortunately uber was available till late at night but it still recommend to have your own car available. Sanja, the host, was really friendly and always replied very quickly in case we needed something. If you are visiting split I can highly recommend this house.

We were a group of 12 people staying at Sanja and Alen’s house. We came a bit early for check-in but they kindly let us leave our luggage so we didnt have to carry them with us. Before and during our visit they always wanted to help us and answered any questions we had about the city. The house is perfect for a bigger group with a lot of good space. The pool area is great with a beautiful view and a cooler right by the pool to grab a cold drink when you are at the pool. We will definitely come back again if we visit Split again.

The stay was very nice! Sanja was more than helpful with everything and even if i asked 100 questions, she would respond and help with all the trip: booking a boat trip for us, helping with transfers. Alen and Sanja were very welcoming, helpful and kind, they showed us around in the beautiful, large, fully-equipped and clean house. The pool and garden were great and very spacious, ideal for relaxing while on vacation. We would definitely recommend staying in this villa, with both small or big groups!

We were 11 people staying in the Villa for 14 days. The Villa was amazing with very clean rooms and a nice and huge swimming pool.  The owners of the Villa were extremely kind and nice to us and made the stay in Split more comfortable for us, as they gave us recommandations for activities  that can be done in Split. They also came every other day to clean the pool and check if everything was fine with us, which was really kind as well. We will definetely come again, as the experience in that Villa was utterly  great. 10/10 :-)

Amazing place with stunning views, big rooms and very clean. Large pool area is perfect with big pool, lots of space to relax around it, a bbq area and a fridge also in the proximity. Perfect for chilling out in the sun during the day. Sanja and co couldn’t have been better hosts, were flexible on check in and check out times, supplied us with some local food on arrival and brought us some extra things we asked for when in the property. Would always reply immediately and helped us with some places to go in the evening. Couldn’t recommend more, we had a great time.

The house is perfect, with everything you need for a good stay. It is well located, 15 min from the city centre by car. The view over the city is also very beautiful. Alen and Sanja are very kind, welcoming and helpful hosts. Alen drops off breakfast every other morning. We highly recommend this villa, and thanks to Alen and Sanja.

We (7 Adults and 3 Childrens) searched for a long time an suitable accomodation for our Holidays. The Accomodation of Sanja was the perfect one according to the descriptions. We have read all the informations and reviews about the Villa. We booked the villa with a huge anticipation and expectation. After a short flight from Germany we landed in Split. The first Challenge was to find a Taxi to get to our Villa. But i will write my reviews to this later. After we found a Taxi, we arrived 30 minutes later to the Villa. Sanja and her Husband Alen were waiting for us in the driveway of The Villa. After a friendly welcome, they helped us with our luggages. After that, they showed us The Villa. It was a big surprise for us, that the Villa is much better than the Descriptions and Photos. Nothing was promised too much. The Pool was one of the Greatest Highlights, because the Dept of it was 1,80m and the longht an width was more than necessary. In many other Villas the Pool is much smaller. Not only the pool, the area where the Pool is, is big and there is much space for sunbeds. You can use the Pool also in the night, because the pool and all the Area can be lighten up. We had also much fun on the Barbecue area close to the Pool. The Villa has 3 floors. On the first floor you can find a bathroom, kitchen, playroom for children, billiardroom and some items for fitness. On the second floor (we used mainly) you can find 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, 1 Guest toilet, Living room and kitchen connected to a big balcony with amazing view. 2 Rooms are connected to a seperately balcony. The 3rd floor has a Kitchen, 1 Bathroom and LivingRoom with a huge Balcony and amazing view. We found the villa in a very clean situation and smoke free. The Villa is Child-friendly. There are diverse Toys for them and Child Seats to eat togheter on the table. The inventary in the Kitchens are more than necessary. We found all the important equipments in the villa to feel like at home. If it is boring for you to lay on the sunbed all the day, you can Play Basketball, Table Tennis or Billard. Sanja and Alen are very friendly, helpful and supporting hosts. We felt, like they are our Personal guides. We could contact them for all our questions at any time. They have done everything to get an unforgettable Holiday. We were surprized on the First day after arriving in the villa with a cheese-olives plate. Every second day, alen cleaned up the pool early in the morning and brought us something from the bacery for breakfast. On the last day at checkout they suprized our kids with some gifts. The neighbours were very friendly too. We are very excited of the Villa, and Croatia in connection with Split. The people are very friendly communicative and helpful. It was a amazing experience. We will definitely come again to Croatia. You need definetly a Taxi or you have to rent a car, if you will get to the Villa. Also you need that for your Trips. We can prefer you definetly the Taxi Driver Ivan. His car can transport up to 8 People. He is also very friendly, helpfull and supporting. If you need his number, you can contact sanja. We are sure, that Sanja had organized us a Taxi or another possibility to pick up when we asked her. This was our mistake to not organize this for our arrival in the Airport but it hasnt take much time to find a taxi. Thank you Sanja and Alen for Your Amazing Villa and everything supporting us.

The hosts were extremely accommodating to our needs, this airbnb could not have been better. Sanja was very communicative from when we first booked the airbnb. We told her that we had an early flight and would arrive a few hours before the normal check-in time. This was not a problem and they were very accommodating for us. When we arrived, we were greeted by Sanja and Alen, who were really friendly and Alen showed us around the pool and outside area. There was a large fridge outside as well to keep our drinks cold. He advised us on renting a car and potentially a boat and was really knowledgable. We were also shown around inside, where we were given some meats and cheese that Sanja had prepared, which was great for us because we were hungry after the long flight. During the holiday, Alen left us pastries in the morning on two occasions. The cleanliness of the pool was great, Alen cleaned it during our stay. This is a fantastic airbnb with two amazing hosts, who were always available when we needed them.

Great accomodation and location and Alen and Sanja are such a great host! Split is an amazing place and this place just tops it off. Away from the hustle and bustle with amazing views. The pool is picture perfect and the rooms are spacious and clean. Throughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend.

The villa is located at a perfect spot, near a calm suburb of Solin. The Split centre and all the shopping possibilities are near, and all great historical places are within a reasonable distance. Service on this villa is good throughout, and the host are genuenly nice persons and eager to help with any questions. Villa itself is fully equiped, and fulfilled all its promises. High recommendation for big families, very well space for bigger parties and families. Easy to enjoy for longer times too! :)

Sanja and her husband welcomed us very warmly. They were very helpful. The house is beautiful and very clean. It has a beautiful view of Split. The centre of Split can be reached very quickly. I can only recommend it to others. I will choose this house again if I go to Split again.

Sanja & Alen are very kind people. They are very helpful and try their best to help to find activities. They welcomed us very well with local products and let us feel like at home. The house is very nice and perfectly located to enjoy Split and around, 20min driving from the city center. It is a safe place for young children. The swimming pool is very nice and big and also very well protected with fences to avoid any problem with children. From the balcony you can enjoy a great view on Split. The rooms are big and you have at your disposal all equipments to facilitate your stay. It is a perfect place to stay with friends and family. Thank you again,we wish we can come back soon.

Sanja and her husbond Alen, is Perfect hosts. We rented villa Anteana for 11 days in July/August 2018. The villa was exactly as described on the AirB&B website. Communicaton before rental was easy, and with very fast replies. We were met at arrival with a very clean house, some useful information about the local area, and even some local food and drinks in the fridge. Every request we had during our stay was handeled in a very helpfull manner, and Sanja and Alen certainly did more than we epected as hosts. We will be happy to recomend them for you next rental. 

Our experience in this house was unique. The location is quiet, close to city and beaches. Swiming pool was perfect ; big enough good temperature. Panorama from house and swimming pool is gorgeous. The house is modern with all facilities, very clean and very convenient for 11 adults and more if small children. Up to five cars can easily take place in the private parking. Last but not least Sanja and her husband are very pleasant, always available, at our disposal for any request. Full of attention for their guests including presents at our arrival and more. We had far more than we expected !
