Very good reception! And a magnificent house!

Beautiful residence, heated pool, spacious with great bedding.
The house would benefit from a few minor improvements: The umbrellas were unusable, there was no hot water during part of our stay, a bit of dust and cobwebs on the ceiling and light fixtures.
Responsive host, attentive to our needs, and we had a wonderful time with family thanks to him! The most important thing!

Beautiful house and enormous garden/courtyard with pool and pool house. Great amenities and fantastic location near the forests of Fontainebleau.

Thank you for this wonderful weekend!! Everything was perfect, it is truly the house of happiness to gather with friends and family! The villa is even better in reality than in the photos, super clean, fully equipped to cook fine dishes, the pool is perfectly oriented to get full sun all day, the small pool house is ideal for a couple with a young child, it is super spacious for everyone to live their own little life here and there while still being together. Nathalie is very responsive and very friendly, she helped us remotely with a boiler problem and everything was back to normal. I can only recommend this villa, as I had the best weekend of my life!!! Another big THANK YOU!!

Magnificent villa. I booked this villa for a family getaway, great outdoor space with a pool for both kids and adults. Excellent welcome from Nathalie who was very attentive. Super kitchen and excellent service. Comfortable rooms, very good bed. Everything was clean upon our arrival. Very good place, I highly recommend it. Thanks again Nathalie for your warm welcome, top notch 👌🏽 10/10.

Magnificent villa

The house is very beautiful with a large garden. It's a pity that it is not very well maintained, there are many spider webs and dust. The beds are a bit hard and small for sleeping two.

Very beautiful house

Beautiful, quiet village in France, surrounded by fields, it really is an idyllic location.

The main house is spacious, with 6 generous bedrooms each with an en suite - although the beds were a bit on the small side. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need & there's a BBQ too. The separate pool house is also well equipped with it's own kitchen/dining area. No air con though, which made for a hot stay in August. Great pool & garden which were perfect for our group of young families. Wi-Fi was a bit patchy, but we all had good 4G signal.

If arriving on a Sunday, we'd suggest taking food supplies as most supermarkets aren't open. Worth noting for families that the stairs are not child friendly & there are no baths.

Potentially perfect but a bit rough round the edges in some places - e.g. carpets have seen better days, sofa has a hole in it & the rattan table & chairs in the dining area are questionably wonky.

Overall a great stay & we would recommend it.

Overall a great stay & we would recommend.

The services meet expectations, the house is large, pleasant to live in and very functional.
The kitchen equipment is very complete, only the barbecue shows some wear and could use renewal (Plancha?).
Friendly, smiling, and efficient welcome from Nathalie upon our arrival and departure.

Quality services and guaranteed peace

Nous pensons déjà à revenir l'an prochain !

Maison Sublime

Excellent welcome, the house is beautiful and very clean. I held my team meeting there, and it was very suitable. We are already thinking of coming back next year!

Beautiful House

The villa is beautiful and the photos don’t do justice to the space you get! The accommodation was clean and well maintained, and the extra space in the pool house was a bonus for our large group. The garden was huge! With plenty of safe space for children to play away from the pool. The pool area was also excellent. I would definitely recommend a stay. The local area was very quiet and a car is definitely needed.

Spacious, relaxing holiday home!

Magnifique !

Very good welcome, and the house is still so beautiful! We enjoyed the pool and the BBQ!

Beautiful!

The only small downside was the condition of the carpet: many stains...

The welcome from Mr. Leliévre was very pleasant.

Beautiful house, beautiful pool, joyful stay!

Great girls' weekend to enjoy

First positive remarks:
Spacious house, each bedroom has it’s own bathroom, it’s well equipped and the garden is closed of which is nice with children. Poolhouse is also really nice with its extra kitchen and bedroom&bathroom.

Less positive:
It’s not really clean. You can choose if you want to clean yourself at your depart or pay a 200 euro fee for cleaning service. My impression: if guests clean themselves it’s not checked if it’s done properly. Upon our arrival (4pm) the former guests were just leaving (normal check out is at 10am) so I guess they were still cleaning but not properly. In every corner there were still dust and spider webs. We paid the 200 euro cleaning service but it would be nice to arrive in a clean house.
The house is located on the country side but you will be awaked by heavy traffic passing by so sleep at the other side or in the pool house if you can. Also the company next door starts working at 5:30 with a lot of noise.

The house is very beautiful, the garden and the pool are stunning! Very pleasant and quiet setting. A few negative points in the house, given the price: not enough seating in the living room, appliances not always efficient (dishwasher, washing machine), finishing needs to be reviewed, not always hot water.

The house is very beautiful, the garden and the pool

The house is generally lovely, but now looking back, it was very superficially furnished. There is a pool on the premises that is unusable. We were told that the pool heating does not work as it should because temperatures drop below freezing at night, which is not true. Also, the water was murky and dirty. In any case, we did not use it. There was a lack of kitchen utensils or they were in poor condition. The yard is a huge plus if you're coming with children. The rooms are nice and it's a plus that each has its own bathroom. The accommodation was superficially cleaned. Nathalie welcomed us wonderfully and provided us with extra towels upon our request. The internet was also partially functional as it was not available in most parts of the house. All in all, we were comfortable, but there are things that could and should be improved to make it better.

The house is generally lovely, but now looking back

Great stay with friends.
The accommodation is spacious and well thought out, especially having a bathroom in each bedroom.
The only downside, especially during heatwaves, is the lack of air conditioning at least in the living room. It was very hot in the villa because of the large windows.
Otherwise, it was perfect!
Special mention for the quality of the welcome and communication with Nathalie!
