Excellent experience. Alfonso was extremely professional, friendly and attentive to us at all times. He helped and advised us a great deal during our stay in Madrid. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos: comfortable, cosy and very pleasant. My family and I are very grateful and, without a doubt, if we return to Madrid we would choose this place again.
