Tom is a responsive host, the accommodation is ideally located to visit Madrid, and it is very quiet. The only small downside is that the bedding in the accommodation is not very comfortable.

Tom's accommodation matches the description. It only misses a step ladder as the kitchen furniture is very high. The air conditioning works very well. Very good bedding. The location is perfect. The metro stop "Puerta de Toledo" is a 7-minute walk away (the metro is very easy to use) and bus 3 takes you to Gran Via and is even closer: knowing that you can also walk. The residence is quiet. Contact with Tom is easy.

For a weekend with friends, we wanted a central and well-located accommodation to explore the city on foot. And that’s exactly what Tom's place allows. Although the space is not very large, the accommodation met our expectations for this stay, as we spent a lot of time outside! Furthermore, Tom is very available for communication, which is reassuring. Excellent time in Madrid!
