Very pleasant. Besides being comfortable and everything being properly clean, it is very close to the center, being able to walk there. Great area for those who want to use public transport, as well as a great network of restaurants and supermarkets.

The apartment was very clean well equipped and larger than expected and only a fifteen minute walk from the central area (downhill) although there is quite a steep incline up from the town and the walk back can take a little longer. Ideal if you have a car as parking is plentiful and free.

We spent 4 weeks in this spacious apartment. We particularly appreciated the immediate proximity to the city center, the La Vie shopping center, the beach promenade, and Santa Catarina Park. Most places were within a 15-minute walk, though there are also good bus connections nearby.<br/>The apartment was very clean and tidy, even though the furniture is a bit older. The only downside might be that it is generally quite dark, so we often needed lights in the hallway and living room during the day. At night, we could sleep undisturbed. The entire building is very quiet. We also really liked the large balcony, where we mostly had breakfast. The washing machine and all kitchen appliances worked flawlessly, the kitchen was well-equipped, the internet was very good, and the TV screen was optimal.<br/>Barbara and Peter, March 2023
