Very good

4/5

| Vassilis | 09 Sept 2026

Positives: This rental complex is located in the centre of Funchal, with all amenities (shops, services, etc.) nearby. The room is good, sufficient for one or two people. Both Marisela and the lady in charge of cleaning were very kind and helpful. The main drawback is the lack of air conditioning — Madeira has very high temperatures from March to October, and the humidity from the subtropical climate makes 25 °C feel like over 30 °C.

Excellent

Marisela is a very friendly and accommodating host. She offered me a larger and better-equipped studio. The studio is very clean, completely renovated, and very well located in the city center, ideal for visiting Funchal, taking buses to explore the island, and going out in the evening. During my stay, the room was very quiet and I wasn't too hot (I slept with the window open). Very satisfied!
