The accommodation is pleasant and we had an excellent stay. All credit goes to Mr. Reys, the owner, who is available, accommodating and discreet. On the other hand, the intermediary Homewez is clearly useless in the experience. They simply manage the booking and are totally absent afterwards: no responses during the stay, no support, no added value. The most shocking part remains the distribution of the price: out of the 340 € paid, only 180 € goes to the owner (cleaning at his expense). The rest goes as commission, without any real service in return. Another inconsistent point: the sheets and towels are listed as paid, even though everything was ready upon our arrival — once again thanks to the owner, not the intermediary. If you have the choice, go directly through Mr. Reys. He is the one who does all the work and deserves your trust. We recommend only him.

Mr. Homerez is a discreet, very kind, attentive person who listens. It is very pleasant to deal with someone like him. A very clean apartment with everything you need, in a very quiet and peaceful location. We felt so comfortable, really don't hesitate; I highly recommend this place.
