The accommodation offered by Claire is spacious and functional. As it has just been refurbished, the amenities are new and generally comfortable. Self-service breakfast with plenty of options, well-stocked. It's easy to park on the street. Be aware that depending on the room, the noise from cars, as well as from other guests, can be quite noticeable. But since it just opened, I have no doubt it will improve with experience and consideration of our feedback, especially regarding soundproofing, kitchen finishes, or certain materials ...

This accommodation is very well located for those wanting to visit the Cotentin, between 20 and 40 minutes from all the sights of the peninsula. The welcome, services, and contact with Claire and Dominique are immediate and very friendly, the accommodation is brand new so the few teething problems are promptly addressed and fixed by our hosts. Breakfast is top-notch and there's a great atmosphere among the guests. The very well-equipped kitchen is much appreciated, allowing us to prepare and dine on-site, using the seafood and other local specialties offered by the producers in self-service, it was a true delight for us. The accommodation has shared toilets for 3 rooms, a bathroom, and a wc. During our 4-night stay with all 3 rooms occupied, there were no issues, everyone's good behavior did the trick. The proximity to the road means we must sleep with the window closed, but it's not a problem during heatwaves; it’s 17 degrees in the morning and 22 in the evening. A very good address for a lovely corner of France. Thank you all.
