We enjoyed our 5-day stay in the apartment in Christmas time very much (two adults + kid). The place is very spacious, clean and well equipped. It has beautiful view, we never had problems with parking place, the localization is also great as a starting point for trips in all directions (although I would rather recommend to travel around by car, but bus also works in the area). Dinny was very communicative and nice, and Gino who took care of our check in and out was also very kind, proactive and helpful! We only had a bit of bad luck with quite low water pressure in the apartment (which made washing a slow process) but it was a random issue on waterworks company side, it happens (it was during non-working days too). Dinny and Gino were helpful and did what they could in this regard. Definitely can recommend this place!

The pictures tell the full story. Almost the best location in the complete complex. The sun on the terras from about 10hr30 (March) in the morning until sunset. Very clear guidelines with a video on how to obtain the keys and to enter the appartment. Large grocerystore at +/-5 km. A small grocery store for the forgotten items just around the corner. We had to spend the last night of our holidays in a large hotel closer by the sea and wanted to go back to the appartment. Would we recommend the place ? YES !!

Very good stay in Tenerife in Dinny's apartment. The accommodation matches the photos on the site very well. The highlights are the comfortable bed, the great brightness in the apartment, the superb view with sunset over the sea, and the location of the accommodation, close to the tourist area and the beaches and on the way to Teide. I highly recommend this accommodation and I will gladly return. Very good communication with Dinny, who is very responsive to messages. Top-notch!
