The accommodation is rented at a price that far exceeds what the owner (quite friendly) receives. Not at all suitable for a winter home, the kitchen is impossible to heat on the ground floor. The heating system is generally insufficient and thus requires heating with wood, but you have to pay extra for the wood. Acceptable kitchen but not modern. The bathroom upstairs leaks, so there is only one shower (also in poor condition) for the whole house.
