Positive : Die ruhige Lage. Das großzügig angelegte Haus und der große Garten.
 Negative : Es gab nur eine kleine Bodumkanne zum Zubereiten von einer Tasse Kaffee. Für ein Frühstück, bei dem wir 4-6 Tassen Kaffee trinken ein wenig umständlich.  Die Möglichkeit Gartenmöbel zu nutzen wäre schön gewesen. Unsere schriftlichen Anfragen im Vorfeld des Urlaubs wurden zwar beantwortet. Allerdings nicht in Bezug auf ein spezifisches Thema.

Positive: The quiet location. The spacious house and the large garden.
 Negative: There was only a small Bodum pot to prepare one cup of coffee. For a breakfast where we drink 4-6 cups of coffee, it was a bit cumbersome. It would have been nice to have the option to use garden furniture. Our written inquiries prior to the holiday were answered, but not regarding a specific topic.

Positive : C’est une maison très bien décorée, située dans le calme et en même temps à proximité de tout : boulangerie, tabac, Intermarché, restaurants, et en même temps à l’abri de tout le monde. Très calme et lumineux (de grandes fenêtres tout autour de la maison. Les lits confortables, bien équipée. Elle est à proximité de beaucoup de châteaux, ça nous a permis de faire des visites à proximité sans faire trop de route (1h Max). Le plus de la maison est son barbecue, très agréable lorsqu’on rentre des visites qu’on veut se faire de la viande grillée devant le couché du soleil. La maison a absolument tout pour passer un séjour de détente. Le propriétaire très très sympa, il nous a exprès mis une bouilloire alors que la maison n’en disposait pas à la base. Arrangeant sur les horaires et disponible, avec des instructions très précises.
 Negative : Franchement rien, à part un petit détail qui n’est vraiment pas grave : ce serai peut être mieux de ranger la cuisine, les ustensiles sont un peu partout, il y a eu des choses qu’on a découvert au dernier moment. Un peu d’ordre ferait pas de mal. Mais ça n’enlève rien à tous les points positifs. 

Maison très charmante au calme 

Positive: It’s a very nicely decorated house, situated in a quiet area yet close to everything: bakery, tobacco shop, Intermarché, restaurants, and still secluded from everyone. Very peaceful and bright (large windows all around the house). The beds are comfortable, well-equipped. It is close to many castles, allowing us to visit nearby without driving too far (max. 1 hour). The highlight of the house is the barbecue, very pleasant when we come back from visits wanting to grill some meat while watching the sunset. The house has absolutely everything needed for a relaxing stay. The owner is very friendly, even providing us with a kettle although the house didn’t have one initially. He was accommodating with timings and available, with very precise instructions. Negative: Honestly nothing, except for a small detail that is really not a big deal: it might be better to tidy up the kitchen as the utensils are a bit everywhere, there were things we discovered at the last moment. A little order wouldn’t hurt. But that doesn’t take away from all the positive points.

Very charming house in a quiet location

Un très bon séjour passé chez Christian : - la maison dispose d'une très belle terrasse sans vis-à-vis , qui a largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour compte tenu du beau temps - la maison est idéalement située pour rayonner dans la région, qui offre de nombreuses possibilités de visites et activité - les instructions par message étaient claires et précises - l'accueil était flexible. Nous avons regretté cependant que, faute d'une prestation de ménage professionnelle systématique, nous ayions eu à pâtir du manque de soin des personnes qui nous ont précédé dans le logement.

A very good stay at Christian's: - the house has a very nice terrace with no overlooking, which greatly contributed to the success of our stay considering the beautiful weather - the house is ideally located to explore the region, which offers numerous sightseeing and activity options - the instructions via message were clear and precise - the welcome was flexible. However, we regretted that, due to the lack of a systematic professional cleaning service, we had to suffer from the lack of care of the people who preceded us in the accommodation.

La maison de Christian est agréable. Elle est assez grande, avec un grand jardin et bien situé (très proche du Chateau de Chambord et assez proche d'une dizaine d'autres chateaux de la Loire). Christian est un hote attentif et disponible. Le système de check-in "sans intervention humaine" est bien rodé.

Christian's house is pleasant. It is quite large, with a big garden and well located (very close to the Château de Chambord and fairly close to about ten other Loire castles). Christian is an attentive and available host. The "contactless check-in" system is well-organized.

We hebben 4 dagen in Christian's huis gezeten. Het is een prachtig huis, met een klassieke sfeer en uitstraling. Lekker veel ruimte rondom het huis. In de omgeving is veel te zien/zien. Het contact met Christian was erg goed. Altijd vriendelijk en reageerde snel.

We stayed for 4 days at Christian's house. It is a beautiful house with a classic atmosphere and appearance. Plenty of space around the house. There is a lot to see in the area. Communication with Christian was very good. Always friendly and responded quickly.

Christian is een vriendelijke en reactieve host. Het uitzicht en de locatie zijn uitstekend. Een tip aan de host: een parasol en enige buitenverlichting zou het genot van het terras nog aanzienlijk verhogen.

Casa linda… região muito tranquila. A decoração é tipicamente francesa! Muito familiar. A cama é muito confortável. Ar condicionado não funcionava. Estadia muito agradável.

We hebben het naar ons zin gehad in het huis van christian. Het ligt gunstig t.o.v. veel bezienswaardigheden waardigheden in de streek. Er is een bakkertje op loopafstand en een intermarche. Het plaatsje zelf biedt behalve een aardig natuurzwembad weinig. Het huis ligt aan een heel rustige weg net aan de rand van het dorp. De weg is ook een traject van de lange afstand fietsroute netwerk. Wij hebben fietsen gehuurd bij Jardi-Vert in brecieux. Mooie tocht gemaakt. Wij gebruiken daarvoor onze geliefde app Komoot. Ook een keer hardgelopen vanuit het huis door het bos achter het huis. Wilde tocht door manshoge varens. Groet Jan Willem

We had a great time in Christian's house. It is conveniently located relative to many attractions in the area. There is a bakery within walking distance and an Intermarché. The village itself offers little besides a nice natural swimming pool. The house is on a very quiet road just on the edge of the village. The road is also part of the long-distance cycling route network. We rented bikes from Jardi-Vert in Bréziers. Made a beautiful trip. We use our beloved app Komoot for that. I also went for a run from the house through the forest behind the house. A wild trip through man-sized ferns. Regards, Jan Willem

Christian ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber und er ist besonders hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Haus ist von außen sehr schön und Parkmöglichkeiten sind genug vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, um die Schlösser an der Loire zu entdecken. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen.

Christian is a very nice host and he is especially helpful and attentive. The house looks very beautiful from the outside and there are plenty of parking options. The location is very good for discovering the castles along the Loire. Recommended for a short stay.

Maison très agréable, lumineuse et au calme. Décoration et mobilier à l’ancienne qui donnent un peu l’impression d’un séjour chez les grands parents ! Proximité immédiate des châteaux de Blois, de Chambord et Cheverny. Je recommande chaudement ce logement confortable dans un environnement très agréable malgré la proximité des courts de tennis qui n’est pas gênante du tout. Very pleasant, bright, and quiet house. Decoration and furniture in an old-fashioned style that gives a bit of the impression of a stay at grandparents'! Immediate proximity to the châteaux of Blois, Chambord, and Cheverny. I highly recommend this comfortable accommodation in a very pleasant environment, despite the proximity to the tennis courts which is not bothersome at all. The location of the house is beautiful: separated from the neighbors and within walking distance of the supermarket and pharmacy, 10 minutes from Château de Chambord, 15 minutes from the châteaux of Blois and Cheverny. Le logement est très bien situé dans l'un des gros bassins de châteaux de la Loire (Cheverny, Blois, Chambord, ...). Le village a tout ce qu'il faut a 2 pas ce qui peut être pratique. Concernant le logement, il est de qualité, est bien équipé, et propre. La vue est très sympa sur la terrasse, ce qui est agréable au réveil ou le soir. The accommodation is very well located in one of the major castle areas of the Loire (Cheverny, Blois, Chambord, ...). The village has everything you need just steps away, which can be convenient. Regarding the accommodation, it is of high quality, well-equipped, and clean. The view from the terrace is very nice, which is pleasant in the morning or in the evening. We had a wonderful stay at Christian’s place. The house was charming, peaceful, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location was ideal- quiet and relaxing, yet conveniently close to the Supermarché supermarket and only a short drive from the beautiful châteaux around Blois that we wanted to visit. Christian was an excellent host: very attentive, responsive, and proactive in providing helpful information throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this property to anyone visiting the region.

This is an absolutely amazing and beautiful house in a picturesque and quiet location. If you are looking for a base from which to go chateau hunting we would highly recommend it. The village is small with very limited restaurant capacity but if you are willing to eat out and then come back and drink wine on the patio then this is the place for you. Christian was a superb host who was very proactive with his communication and could not have been more helpful. We loved it here as it suited our requirements perfectly.

Wir, eine Familie mit Kinder 3 und 9 hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit (zwei Nächte) in diesem Haus. Alles wie beschrieben. Beide Schlösser Chambord und Cheverny sind sehr leicht zu erreichen. Klare Empfehlung. In der Nähe gibt es eine sehr leckere Pizzeria, die man der Terrasse genießen kann.

We, a family with children aged 3 and 9, had a very nice time (two nights) in this house. Everything was as described. Both castles Chambord and Cheverny are very easy to reach. Clear recommendation. Nearby there is a very delicious pizzeria that can be enjoyed from the terrace.

Noi abbiamo alloggio nella casa di Christian per 8 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è grande e accogliente. L'arredamento in stile è in sintonia con il luogo in cui ti trovi. La posizione è ottima per visitare i principali siti della Loire et Cher. Una bella vacanza.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Christian provided detailed instructions and recommendations. Everything you might need is close by in the village i.e restaurants, ATMs. food markets etc. Moreover, the location is central to popular attractions in the area such as Chambord and Clemenceau. The apartment is spacious and would easily accommodate four people.

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children and had a wonderful 3 night stay at Christian’s.  Christian is a kind and welcoming host and gave some great recommendations about the area.  The a accommodation is spacious and bright, in a private location with pretty rural views, but also just a short walk to the village centre.  It is in a brilliant location for visiting local Chateaux.  We also enjoyed restaurants in nearby Blois.  Plenty to do just a short drive away.  A great end to our holiday. Thank you 😊.

The property is in a great location and walkable to the local town (and supermarket). Additionally it is walkable to the fantastic Baignade Naturelle, a local lake/swimming pool area which was a hit with the kids. Additionally it is in a great location to visit so many beautiful places, all within a 20/30 minute drive. Perfect location for exploring. The house is beautiful and has every amenity you could require and is in a very quiet location (even though it is walkable to the local town). Christian is an amazing host, providing fantastic ideas of restaurants, places to visit, local amenities etc. - everything you may need information on, Christian is your man (thank you Christian - your ideas were great and improved our holiday). If the property is available, definitely book it.

Place was great , in the middle of the beautiful area «  Les châteaux de la loire » and close by the biggest of them «  chambord » Place looked like a little castle by itself ! La casa es preciosa! Es muy acogedora y está muy bien equipada. Está rodeada de campo, con bonitas vistas. Al lado tiene una zona infantil de juego y campo de fútbol. La ubicación es perfecta para los principales castillos y pueblos de la zona. Christian es un anfitrión muy amable y atento. Recomendamos totalmente este alojamiento, hemos estado estupendamente y hemos tenido muy buena experiencia!

The house is beautiful! It is very cozy and well equipped. It is surrounded by countryside, with lovely views. Next to it, there is a children's play area and a football field. The location is perfect for the main castles and villages in the area. Christian is a very kind and attentive host. We highly recommend this accommodation, we had a wonderful time and had a very good experience!

Christian is a very helpfull person. Beautiful house and located in an area with a lot of castles.

Attractive, clean place with restaurants and grocery store within short driving distance.  It has a well-appointed kitchen and comfortable beds.  The internet went offline once during stay but we attributed it to storms in the area so we just power cycled the router and the wifi was back running strong.  The only surprise is that we weren't advised of there being an alarm system and the remote with the door keys was missing the label for the button functions.  it was supposed to be held in place by a small be plastic piece but it must have fallen off in the key lockbox. So we tripped the alarm a couple of times before figuring it out.  Otherwise the host was a good communicator and the property manager was very responsive. We would stay here again.

What a lovely house this is. Like a little private palace with everything one could need. Communication was great and fast. Quiet place near loys of castles. Highly recommended!

Positive : Прекрасное расположение к замкам, изумительный вид на поля и овечек. Приятный интерьер, старинные картины и уютная гостинная. При заезде начитались последних отзывов и переживали, что дом в плохом состоянии. Все не так, соответствует фотографиям. Постоянная связь с хозяйкой,  дружелюбное общение. Работает гриль, отлично на улице было готовить мясо. При отъезде просят пропылесосить, вымыть раковины. Для нас не составило труда, средств для уборки много😊
 Negative : Конечно кухня, туалет и ванная уставшие, но техника в доме современная.

Positive: Great location to the castles, stunning view over fields and sheep. Pleasant interior, old paintings and cozy living room. Upon arrival, we read the latest reviews and worried that the house was in poor condition. It is not so, it matches the pictures. Constant communication with the hostess, friendly interaction. The grill works, it was great to cook meat outside. At departure, they ask to vacuum and wash the sinks. It was no trouble for us, there are plenty of cleaning supplies 😊. 
 Negative: Of course, the kitchen, toilet and bathroom are worn out, but the appliances in the house are modern.

Positive : Plenty of space to relax. Beautiful location &amp; kind host. Within easy drive of Chambord &amp; Blois chateau. The shower is amazing!
 Negative : It can get quite warm - there is an air conditioner, but it doesn’t do a great job cooling down the large space. Opening windows &amp; doors in the morning seemed to work well.

Positive : Beautifully designed and furnished private property. Amazing view and nature. The house is very clean and very well maintained. Fully equipped kitchen and grill. 
Great location, proximity to castles, downtown Blois, cafes and restaurants, pharmacy, and grocery shopping. The host  provided very useful recommendations for the places to visit.
 Negative : The Wi-Fi connection wasn't stable.

Positive : We had not seen the host, but he was very responsive with emails. The location right next to three major castles, Chambord, Cheverny, and Blois. The house is very comfortable, it was nice to come back home in the evenings after spending a day sightseeing. And all of it for a very reasonable rate. All in all, highly recommended.
 Negative : The wi-fi was frequently spotty and unreliable. Other than that - just small and insignificant things not worth mentioning.

It was in a great location and very quiet. Not far from the incredible Chateau de Chambord which was a great day out.

An addition of sunbeds would have been nice but not essential.

It turned out an almost perfect place to stay. Comfortable, clean, spacious, and well equipped. But the main thing is its location, right inside of a triangle of three major attractions - Chambord, Cheverny, and Blois.
We did not see the owner, communicated with him by email, but Christian was very responsive.
The only issue was that the wi-fi was something spotty, but it was not anything major.
All in all, highly recommended!
