Positive points: Large accommodation, very clean and well-equipped, beautiful outdoor spaces with pool option Negative points: Noise from the road from the terrace and the location of the accommodation, which is incorrectly listed on Airbnb, much further from the center than stated.

Top floor of the villa is well equipped, with a very nice view. Pleasant pool. Parking is a bit difficult to access with a steep slope. I recommend it for a family stay.

Pros: Charming house with breathtaking sea view. Spacious terrace. Nice relaxation area with BBQ corner. Close to Deshaies (5 min 🚘) Cons: Right next to the road, The overall maintenance of the house is questionable; the fridge door handle broke in my hand on day 1, the bathroom fixtures are old and need updating, the plumbing vibrates loudly whenever water is drawn, the mosquito nets are torn, and the two baby beds simply didn’t have any, The pool gate handle is broken and clearly should have been replaced a long time ago, The kitchen equipment is VERY basic for a house of this capacity; all the pans are scratched and worn out, unsuitable for food use. Additional comment regarding interactions with the neighborhood; a neighboring resident in the building seemed very annoyed by our presence and semi-aggressively told our lovely babysitter "move your child if you don't want me to crush him.”
