Excellent communications from host. Apartment was well equipped and very clean. Apartment has an allocated underground car parking space that is a real bonus as roadside parking is very limited for hire cars. There are 2 very good superamarkets within easy walking distance along with a number of decent bars and restaurants. Excellent bakery 400m away provides fresh pastries and bread daily. Main town is a good 40/50 minute walk away and as always in Madeira there are a few hills to negotiate. Town centre bus stop is located near to apartment block entrance. Only downsides were the presence of a building site opposite that had construction noise all day (9AM - 6PM) that made sitting on the balcony uncomfortable. Also despite the apartment being on the top floor of the block there was quite a lot of late night and early morning noise from the adjoining apartment. A slight annoynace was having to pay a 30 Euros late checking in fee that was not specified at the time of booking.

My partner and I spent a few days at Teresa's apartment. it was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils allowed us to cook our meals, wash our clothes. Teresa was extremely helpful with any questions and provided clear instructions for check in and check out. we had a wonderful, comfortable, relaxing stay at her apartment and would definitely consider the same apartment again in our future visits to Madeira. it is in a great location with a shopping centre across the road. parking is also extremely helpful if renting a car.

Four weeks went by too quickly. We had a wonderful stay, not least thanks to Teresa's great help with instructions, tips, and good advice. The apartment is well-equipped and spacious, making us feel at home. We especially enjoyed the park at the back, which our dog frequented often ❤️
