Very nice apartment. Juan is a very attentive host and gives great advice. <br/>The only minor downside is that the apartment is a bit far from the beach by bike, but fairly quick by car. <br/>I recommend this accommodation.

The apartment matches the photos. A bit far from the city center but beautifully located to be quiet near El Turia. The best part is the stunning view upon waking up ;-) Warm welcome and provision of essentials for breakfast for a few days. Juan is very accessible and ready to provide great tips for visiting or enjoying good food in Valencia. We recommend his apartment for a couple. Thank you Juan ;-)

Nice view over the park in this appartment! Really nice. Also nice that there is everything you need: there was coffee, Tea, milk, a beer and water. I would recommend this appartment. Thank you
