Very expensive but does the job

Positive: The apartment is small but functional and generally in good condition. The view from the balcony is superb, even though the apartment is on the second basement level. A parking space in the underground garage is available, which is a real plus. Christian, who handles guest reception and key handover, is very helpful and friendly. Convenience store/grocery less than a 5-minute walk away. Negative: The price is really exaggerated for a 27-square-metre apartment. Having to pay a €400 deposit and complete a move-in inventory is not pleasant, even though everything ultimately proceeds correctly and without abuse by the host. The apartment does the job but offers nothing special.

The apartment is very well located, clean, and tastefully furnished. We were 6. The underground parking space was highly appreciated given the weather during our week. I recommend it without hesitation and I will definitely return for my next stay in Alpe D’huez. Best regards, Laurent
