He pasado unos dias con mi familia en una casa estupenda. Estaba todo muy limpio, la ropa de cama era de algodon que fue lo mejor de todo. Las toallas y utensilios eran todo nuevos.
Los anfitriones en todo momento estuvieron atendiendo nuestras peticiones.
Una vez salimos de ruta con ellos al barranco de azuaje.
Totalmente recomendable tanto para familias como para parejas.

I spent a few days with my family in a wonderful house. Everything was very clean, the bedding was made of cotton which was the best part of it all. The towels and utensils were all new.\nThe hosts were always attending to our requests.\nOnce we went out with them to the Azuaje ravine.\nTotally recommended for both families and couples.\nWe loved it and would come back without a doubt.

It has been exceptional. We were my husband, our 2-year-old daughter, and our 14-year-old dog, and the truth is that the place and the house fit perfectly for each one. The views and the tranquility of the place are incredible.

Ein schönes Häuschen in einem ruhigen Bergdorf, mit bequemen Betten und äußerst sauber. Uns hat die offene Raumgestaltung (alles auf einer Etage und Schlafzimmer offen zum Flur) gut gefallen. Luz war eine exzellente Gastgeberin: Einfacher Checkin / out, schnelle Reaktionen und super freundlich. Man entscheidet sich bewusst für eine Unterkunft etwas fernab vom Trubel der Insel & kann die Ruhe auf einer der Terrassen genießen.

A lovely little house in a quiet mountain village, with comfortable beds and extremely clean. We enjoyed the open layout (everything on one floor and bedrooms open to the hallway). Luz was an excellent host: Easy check-in/out, quick responses, and super friendly. You consciously choose accommodation a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the island and can enjoy the peace on one of the terraces.

Wir waren im März für eine Woche in Temisas, die Ferienwohnung hat uns und unseren Kindern (1 und 4 Jahre) sehr gefallen. Für die Kinder gab es Spielsachen und Bücher, sie fanden außerdem die Tachterasse großartig. Im Dorf gibt es auch einen kleinen Spielplatz. Auf dem Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf das Dorf und sitzt sehr schön im Schatten eines Olivenbaumes. Und man kann einiges in der Umgebung entdecken (Höhlen, Sternwarte, schöne Bergdörfer und -städte), wir sind von dort aus ein paar Mal in die Berge zum Wandern gefahren und ein paar Mal auch ans Meer, man ist relativ schnell wieder auf der Schnellstraße aber dennoch richtig in den Bergen, also optimale Lage. Können die Wohnung und Temisas nur weiterempfehlen!!

We were in Temisas for a week in March, and the holiday apartment was very nice for us and our children (1 and 4 years old). There were toys and books for the kids, and they also loved the roof terrace. There is also a small playground in the village. From the balcony, there is a beautiful view over the village, and it is very nice to sit in the shade of an olive tree. You can also discover a lot in the area (caves, observatory, beautiful mountain villages and towns), we went hiking in the mountains a few times, and also to the sea a few times, you can quickly get back to the motorway but are still really in the mountains, so it's an optimal location. We highly recommend both the apartment and Temisas!

We just loved to be in this little gem in Temisas. The house is exactly as it is described, and the silence during day & night is just priceless. Luz was an amazing host, making sure we had all required for our stay. If you want to have a restful break in Gran Canary I totally recommend Luz's house!

Temisas is a lovely town with beautiful surroundings. Good host and a very good children’s room.

This is a very lovely house in the small town of Temisas. We loved the view from the terrace and drinking a coffee there in the morning sun. The kids were very happy with their own room with toys and books in it. Luz and her family welcomed us very friendly, gave us tips what to do in Gran Canaria and were very helpful when we had little problems with the electricity. The house was very clean and well eqipped, we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again when we come back to Gran Canaria! Thank you so much, Luz, we had a wonderful time in your house!

Luz es una anfitriona de las que cuesta encontrar. Siempre pendiente de nosotros, nos dio consejos para que pudiéramos aprovechar la estancia y se preocupó de nuestra comodidad y bienestar. Máxima rapidez a la hora de atender nuestras demandas y un trato familiar y amable. Volveremos a quedarnos en su casa con toda seguridad.

Luz is a host who is hard to find. Always attentive to us, she gave us tips on how to make the most of our stay and cared about our comfort and well-being. Maximum promptness in addressing our requests and a friendly, homely approach. We will definitely stay at her place again.

Would highly recommend! Lovely accommodation: comfy beds, great space for relaxing; good air con; lovely balcony overlooking the village and mountains. Great welcome in person from Liz and Victor and food to greet us. Victor was on the other end of the phone all week with top tips etc and help. Would hugely recommend hanging out in the evenings with the locals at the bar by the church - it felt we were part of the local community and made our holiday. If you want to have a different holiday away from the crowds then this is the perfect place for you and a great base to explore some of the great parts of Gran Canaria.

Hemos pasado unos fantásticos días en Temisas y muy tranquilos. Se llega por una carretera de montaña a unos 30 min del aeropuerto. La casa está como se puede ver en las fotos y todo muy limpio. Gracias a Luz que se ha preocupado porque estamos cómodos en todo momento.

We spent a fantastic and very quiet few days in Temisas. It is reached via a mountain road about 30 minutes from the airport. The house is as shown in the photos and everything is very clean. Thanks to Luz, who ensured we were comfortable at all times.

What a magnificent place. The place is located in a beautiful and tranquil village just a short drive up into the mountains from the airport. The views were stunning from the house and on the drive. Lots of interesting natural and historical sites nearby to explore on the way to the beach each day. The house was perfect, we enjoyed breakfast and bbqs on  the balcony each day. The family were very helpful throughout the trip, giving us a warm welcome and lots of tips. So much more to say about this place. Just hope we can come back one day! Thank you so much. X

La casa di Luz è ideale per chi cerca la pace lontanto da tutto. È molto bella e confortevole, e l'accoglienza è stata ottima con un cestino di prodotti vari. Si tratta di uno spazio dove le stanze comunicano e non ci sono tende, dunque se avete bisogno di massima privacy e la mattina voltete dormire a lungo nel buio, non fa per voi. La strada per Temisas e tortuosa  (15 minuti da entrambi i lati) ma si fa presto l'abitudine. Li non c'è nulla (tranne un circolo sociale dove la sera potete mangiare bene e a poco prezzo quello che hanno cucinato - menu fisso)  dunque fornitevi al supermercato di Aguimes prima di salire in paese. Raccomandiamo la casa per chi è in cerca di percorsi  di trekking e pace.

Luz's house is ideal for those seeking peace away from everything. It is very beautiful and comfortable, and the welcome was excellent with a basket of assorted products. It is a space where the rooms communicate and there are no curtains, so if you need maximum privacy and want to sleep long in the dark in the morning, this is not for you. The road to Temisas is winding (15 minutes from both sides), but you quickly get used to it. There is nothing there (except a social club where you can eat well and cheaply in the evening, what they have cooked - fixed menu), so make sure to stock up at the supermarket in Aguimes before heading up to the village. We recommend the house for those looking for hiking trails and peace.

Somos una pareja con  un perrito que hemos elegido esta preciosa casa para pasar unos días en Temisas. La experiencia ha sido inmejorable, la casa preciosa, nueva y muy cuidada con una decoración atractiva y muy limpia. La acogida no ha podido ser mejor con detalles de bienvenida que nos han hecho sentir como en casa. Sin duda repetiremos en cuanto podamos, pues lo hemos pasado muy bien. We are a couple with a little dog who chose this beautiful house to spend a few days in Temisas. The experience has been exceptional, the house is beautiful, new, and very well-maintained with an attractive decor and very clean. Una anfitriona muy buena, amable y muy atenta, ya que siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros, y contestaba muy rápido. La casa es muy amplia, luminosa, con una terraza con unas vistas preciosas, y rodeada de naturaleza pura, si buscas tranquilidad aquí la encontrarás. Además está muy equipada para los más peques de la casa. En el bar de la asociación se tapea muy bien y a buen precio. Si volvemos a la isla seguro que regresamos. Gracias por todo. ._.

A very good host, friendly and very attentive, as she was always checking on us and responded very quickly. The house is very spacious, bright, with a terrace that has beautiful views, and surrounded by pure nature. If you are looking for tranquility, you will find it here. La experiencia en este alojamiento y en Temisas ha superado nuestras expectativas. Es ideal para desconectar unos días y estrechar lazos con la familia, pero además ofrece muchas posibilidades para disfrutar del entorno y la naturaleza con los más pequeños. Luz y su familia nos recibieron y atendieron de una forma muy cercana, en todo momento nos sentimos cómodos, como en casa, y con la tranquilidad de contar con ellos si nos surgía alguna duda. La casa es muy acogedora, tal como se muestra en las fotos, y la limpieza, de lo que más nos preocupa al elegir un alojamiento, intachable. La casa está reformada, y tanto el baño como la cocina son prácticamente nuevos. Para los pequeños nos habían preparado un pack de juguetes, cuentos y juegos que los mantuvieron entretenidos los momentos que pasábamos en la casa. Temisas es pequeñito y encantador, a 10-15 minutos en coche de Agüimes o Santa Lucía, donde fuimos por turismo y para hacer una pequeña compra para la semana. Está muy bien cuidado y la calma y seguridad que inspiran no tienen precio. Sin mucho esfuerzo aprovechamos para visitar los alrededores del Observatorio Astronómico de Temisas, las cuevas de la audiencia y del gigante y el barranco de las vacas. De hecho se nos hizo corta la estancia.

The experience at this accommodation and in Temisas exceeded our expectations. It is ideal for disconnecting for a few days and strengthening bonds with family, but also offers many opportunities to enjoy the surroundings and nature with the little ones. Luz and her family welcomed us and took care of us in a very friendly manner; we felt comfortable at all times, as if at home, and with the peace of mind of knowing we could reach out to them if we had any questions. The house is very cozy, just like in the pictures, and the cleanliness, which is one of our top concerns when choosing accommodation, was impeccable. The house is renovated, and both the bathroom and kitchen are practically new. For the little ones, they had prepared a pack of toys, books, and games that kept them entertained during the time we spent in the house. Temisas is small and charming, just a 10-15 minute drive from Agüimes or Santa Lucía, where we went for tourism and to do some light shopping for the week. It is very well-kept, and the calm and security it inspires are priceless. We took the opportunity to visit the surroundings of the Temisas Astronomical Observatory, the caves of the audience and the giant, and the ravine of the cows without much effort. In fact, our stay felt too short.

Luz's place was amazing. There were so many good points it's hard to mention them all, but I'll try!! First off, the home is incredibly clean, light, bright and airy. The house is tidy and well furnished. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was impeccably clean with shower gel, many towels etc. and the kitchen was fully supplied with everything you need to cook and BBQ. The master bed is super comfortable, with a nice AC/Heater above the bed which is large enough to heat or cool the whole bedroom space. There is an open entrance hall with the two bedrooms connected to it - which makes it easy to keep track of kids if you have them. The kids bedroom is adorable, with toys, games and a table for kids to play at. It’s really well considered. There is a living room with large sofa bed and a TV, plus fast internet. Luz had left some chocolate and local treats for us which was really considerate. Her kind son met us, showed us the house and gave us some inspiration for things to do in the local area. There is a lot to do around the house and further afield. Generally GC is pretty amazing! The house is well located. The village (Temisas) where the house is located is also beautiful and will give you a taste of ‘real’ Gran Canaria - it’s not at all touristy. One thing to note, if you are going you should stock up on food from one of the supermarkets along GC-1 as there is not a supermarket in the village. You can also get basics from another small town close by. Generally, I would say this is a great place for people looking to explore the island. It’s a brilliant base camp for anyone who wants to be positioned between the mountains and the beach. I would say this would be a great place for anyone who likes Cycling, Walking etc as well. If you have kids, it’s also a good place to stay as you’ll have much easier access to nature and more variety of things to do than you would have if you were staying in a resort. All in all, it’s awesome! Thanks Luz!!!

My husband and I stayed for a few days in this lovely house in a small village in the mountain. It is very quiet and the energy is amazing. The drive up and scenery is breath taking. The air is so clear and clean. The house offers everything you need. We loved hanging out on the balcony. The self-check in process is very easy and the owner communicates with any questions you might have. We highly recommend it.
