A beautiful home and Michael was a very responsive host, the water pressure isn't brilliant and we couldn't make the washing work but it's an amazing stay and Michael was very hospitable.

We had a fantastic stay at this property over the New Year period with 8 friends. The house was very clean, but it’s only fair to point out that it would not suit everyone. It is a very old house with period fittings and so some would feel it’s outdated. In most of the living spaces we enjoyed the decor, but the bathrooms definitely need modernising. There is plenty of hot water, but showers were just a trickle. We also faced significant leaking from the roof in a couple of bedrooms due to heavy rain, not ideal mopping up water in the night. Michaël was very understanding and apologetic, but it needs sorting as it’s clearly a long term issue.<br/>Overall a very nice stay despite the issues. <br/>The house could also do with better Airing before visits as it smelled very musty on arrival. Was better after a few days being lived in.
