VERY GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE LACK OF WATER FROM 8 AM TO 2 PM EVERY DAY

Spacious and well-equipped villa - Beautiful pool and large garden - Good internet connection via wifi BUT NO WATER IN THE MORNING DURING THE ENTIRE STAY - Neither the owner nor his staff, who all knew about the problem, informed me of this issue, which could have been solved with the installation of a water tank and a booster pump before renting it out. Meager negotiated compensation: electricity bill waived (about 60 euros for a rental of over 1300 euros for 11 nights). Moreover, the cleaning was very superficial upon our arrival, so we chose to forgo the offered cleaning lady.

We had a pleasant stay in Nianing. The house is very nice and well-equipped. 3 large comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms. A magnificent garden with a very beautiful pool for enjoying wonderful holidays. The house is located in a gated community at the outskirts of Nianing. The only small downside is that the nearby beach is not very clean, but the good location of the house allows for easy exploration of the surroundings. Very good communication with the owner who answers our questions.
