VERY GOOD EXCEPT FOR NO WATER FROM 8AM TO 2PM EACH DAY

Spacious and well-equipped villa - lovely pool and large garden - good Wi‑Fi connection BUT NO WATER IN THE MORNINGS THROUGHOUT THE STAY - Neither the owner nor his staff, who all knew about the problem, informed me of this issue, which could have been resolved by installing a water tank and a booster pump before renting. Small negotiated compensation: electricity bill covered (around €60 for a rental of over €1300 for 11 nights). Additionally, the cleaning was very poor on arrival, so we chose to decline the offered cleaner.

We had a pleasant stay in Nianing. The house is very nice and well equipped. 3 large comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A lovely garden with a very nice pool for a pleasant holiday. The house is located in a gated residence on the edge of Nianing. Only small downside: the nearby beach is not very clean, but the good location of the house makes it easy to get around and explore the surroundings. Very good communication with the owner who answered our questions.

Spacious and well-equipped villa - Beautiful pool and large garden - Good internet connection via wifi BUT NO WATER IN THE MORNING THROUGHOUT THE STAY - Neither the owner nor his staff, who all knew about the problem, informed me of this issue, which could have been resolved by installing a water tank and a booster pump before renting.. Meager negotiated compensation: electricity bill waived (about 60 euros for a rental amount of over 1300 euros for 11 nights).. Furthermore, very approximate cleaning upon our arrival, and we therefore chose to forgo the proposed cleaning lady.
