Positive: The structure is in a strategic location, nothing is lacking nearby. Negative: If I have to find a downside to the structure, it is the hot water in the showers, which lasts a short time. In a group of 6, the last ones had lukewarm/cold showers.

Lorenzo is a great host! He is very responsive and offered us even additional help when we were trying to rent a car. The house is nice, every room has an ensuit bathroom, super close to the beach, shops, restaurant, but also to all the parties which are on until 3:30am every night. So if you prefer quiet nights, you may not get it there. Apart from that, would absolutely recommend! :)
