Le rapport qualité prix est correct. L'appartement a besoin de quelques travaux de maintenance (joints de fenêtre) et présente des traces de moisissures sur les murs. En dehors de ça, la cuisine est très bien équipée, assez spacieuse, l'aménagement des chambres parfait pour 2 familles (2 chambres parents, 1 chambre enfants). La localisation au calme au dessus de la station est top !
