Good and fast messages from host Abel, good check in and check out times with the handy key lock box. Great air conditioning 🙏 with one Panasonic split unit in the bedroom and another one downstairs in the living room. The apartment is very quiet at night. Spacious (for me), comfortable, quiet and clean. Decent value. Senseo coffee machine (bring your own pads). Useful washing machine (the key for the laundry room is hanging up near the router.) Lightning fast WiFi. (Good for uploading GoPro footage). Perfect for a night’s rest when cycling the Via Francigena. All the doors from the street open wide enough to wheel my bicycle (with panniers) inside overnight which is perfect. Socket for charging nearby. Don’t be put off by the scruffy entrance/ outdoor area. Inside it has been nicely renovated. 😀
