Very cosy apartment in a beautiful area. The décor added charm — beautiful paintings and photos created by the host. I recommend it :)

Very good

Communication with Marcella was good. Due to a technical defect in the original apartment, we had to check into another apartment she had available. However, I am allergic and the Romantic Apartment is unfortunately not suitable for me. I hadn't mentioned this because I assumed the apartment would be similar to the original one. On the second day we were able to move into another of her apartments directly on Lake Como. That was unbelievably beautiful, the view was dreamy and the apartment was perfectly equipped. I would recommend Marcella; she is very helpful 😊

We immediately felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Communication with Marcella was great; she was quick to respond and also accommodated our individual requests (provided a fan).
