Still quite pleasant despite the setbacks

3.5/5

| Johan | 05-02-2024

Positive: The relaxing setting Negative: Difficult to enter the apartment, room change because the electronic lock was not working, 10 minutes in the corridors trying to reach the concierge on the phone, and the apartment did not match the photos on booking, and apart from the castle park, there was no garden, so it didn't really correspond to the listing title...

Only one small downside: the accommodation wasn't the one

4/5

| Marie-France | 22-09-2026

Negative: Only one small downside — the accommodation was not the one I had booked and shown in the photo 😒😔😪 No hot water, so we had cold showers on arrival and on departure, which was regrettable and very inconvenient. The technician did not do what was necessary as requested by the manager. 😡
