Accommodation very well located, almost in the centre of Montargis, which makes it easy to reach the town centre on foot. Big positive. However, access is really very complicated: the tiny house is located in an extremely narrow alley with very close walls. With a large vehicle, manoeuvring can be difficult. This should be clearly stated in the listing. The tiny house lives up to its name: it is really very small, very narrow and not always well organised. Two people for eight days with two large suitcases made it almost impossible to move around properly, and there is no storage for clothes. There is everything essential: bed, TV, hob, small fridge, coffee machine and crockery. However, no toaster. The bed is 140 cm, with acceptable but rather soft bedding. We slept OK, nothing more. During a heatwave, the fan was fortunately a great help.
