Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Sehr geräumig und sauber und alles in allem eine praktische Übernachtungsmöglickeit für uns um den Pfad der Götter zu wandern.

Luigi's appartement was een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor het beroemde wandelpad Sentiero degli Dei. De ruimte is perfect voor twee personen en ontzettend schoon. Het is ook erg rustig en privé: dit appartement voelt bijna als een vrijstaand huis. Luigi is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij stuurde snel berichten om het ons zo gemakkelijk mogelijk te maken.

Luigi's apartment was a perfect base for the famous hiking trail Sentiero degli Dei. The space is perfect for two people and incredibly clean. It is also very quiet and private: this apartment feels almost like a detached house. Luigi is super friendly and helpful. He sent quick messages to make it as easy as possible for us.

Perfect base for hiking

Francesco is a really king host and has enabled us to spend a great stay in his location. The apartment is well organized, really new and all is perfect to spend great times. Nevertheless consider that this is hard to go in with the car (tiny private road + a difficult access to park). A great address to stay if you look for sthg in the area.

If you are looking for a clean, modern apartment with a friendly and attentive host in the hills of Agerola then this is the place for you. As we were arriving by car, Francesco met us at a local restaurant to guide us the final way to the apartment where he gave us a thorough check-in, explaining everything about the apartment and providing some tips and recommendations on what to do and where to go which is helpful if you don’t have your itinerary planned already. Some welcome amenities were also provided like homemade pear jam and home grown tomatoes from their garden which were delicious! The apartment itself has recently been refurbished and was very clean and modern with all amenities listed but lacked a bit of warmth and coziness when relaxing after a long day out exploring. Is does feature a nice balcony overlooking the local gardens and surrounding hills however we didn’t make much use of it as was cold in the mornings and evenings when we were there. Speaking of temperature, bear in mind that the place is located high up in the hills above the Amalfi coast so can be a bit cool or cold while is warm or hot by the coast. This can be an advantage during peak summer however we were there end of September when was a bit too cold in evenings when we returned. We think the location is ideal if you are in the area for trekking around the hills however a little far if you want to go daily to the Amalfi coast towns as either need to drive yourself on the infamous coastal road or take a local bus which can be very busy and schedule can’t always be relied on. It is also very peaceful and tranquil except for the neighbours small dog which enjoys barking at all hours of the day and night. Earplugs recommended if you want to sleep in! There are a few small local shops if you want to cook at home or a few restaurants to eat out - we did both and recommended the small pizzeria - family run with only 4 tables! You could walk to these if you don’t mind a good walk however would recommend driving. So all in all we enjoyed our stay and would return however for the purpose of staying around the hills and trekking instead of going round the Amalfi coast.

A tener en cuenta que la ubicación está un tanto alejada de los principales pueblos de la costa, se requiere de vehículo, pero esto también lo convierte en un lugar muy tranquilo...! Ideal también para senderistas.

The apartment is fantastic: spacious, clean, new, comfortable. The hosts are super friendly and provide very good local recommendations! It should be noted that the location is somewhat away from the main coastal towns, a vehicle is required, but this also makes it a very quiet place...! Ideal also for hikers.

Luigi est à la fois discret et disponible si les voyageurs ont des besoins particuliers. Le logement, même si au premier abord semble éloigné des différents sites à visiter, est finalement très bien placé car il est a une place stratégique pour visiter la cote Amalfitaine, la péninsule de Sorrente, Naples et les vestiges archéologiques. Le logement est plutôt bien équipé. Les nuits sont très calmes. La petite ville d’Agerola est elle aussi très agréable et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. La présence d’un parking privé est un atout du logement. Pensez juste à louer une petite voiture comme une petite panda car le parking est étroit. C’est une belle expérience de vacances que nous avons vécue une fois de plus en Italie. Pour les randonneurs, c’est aussi idéal !

Luigi is both discreet and available if travelers have special needs. The accommodation, although at first glance seems far from the various sites to visit, is actually very well located as it is strategically placed to visit the Amalfi Coast, the Sorrento Peninsula, Naples, and the archaeological sites. The accommodation is fairly well equipped. The nights are very quiet. The small town of Agerola is also very pleasant, and it has everything one needs. The presence of a private parking space is an advantage of the accommodation. Just remember to rent a small car like a small panda as the parking is narrow. It was a beautiful holiday experience that we lived once again in Italy. For hikers, it is also ideal!

Bel appartement au calme sur les hauteurs de la côte amalfitaine. Très bon emplacement pour randonner sur le sentier des Dieux ; le départ du sentier est à 15 minutes à pied. Excellente communication avec Luigi, qui s'est montré très réactif.

Peaceful and comfortable! We were delighted to find the apartment after our exploration days in the areas of the Amalfi Coast. Luigi was kind and accommodating.

The accommodation matched the listing and was ideally located for getting to the coast by public transport. Close to the Path of the Gods. Shops and restaurants in the center. Parking space available. We had a nice stay.

We had a great time at Luigi‘s place. It was quiet and peaceful. At the same time the bus stop was super close. We would always come back! :)

Der Aufenthalt bei Luigi war super. Klar, Agerola ist ein wenig abseits von den Küstenorten Amalfi, Positano etc, aber trotzdem ist der Ort ein guter Ausgangsort für alle Aktivitäten, v.a. mit einem Mietwagen. Der Ort ist ruhig und es gibt ein paar Bäcker und kleine Läden. Außerdem ist es ein super Ausgangspunkt für die Wanderung auf dem Weg der Götter. Die Unterkunft bei Luigi war völlig okay für zwei Personen und hatte alles was man braucht. Sie sah aus wie auf den Bildern.

The stay at Luigi's was great. Sure, Agerola is a bit off the coast from Amalfi, Positano, etc., but it's still a good starting point for all activities, especially with a rental car. The area is quiet and there are a few bakeries and small shops. Moreover, it's a fantastic starting point for the Path of the Gods hike. The accommodation at Luigi's was perfectly fine for two people and had everything you need. It looked just like in the pictures.

Beautiful location, authentic Italian experience without too many tourists, but still very close to Positano and Amalfi if you want to visit. Beautiful hikes and ocean, yummy restaurants, clean and big apartment with gorgeous balcony.

Czysty i praktycznie urządzony apartament z zapewnionym miejscem parkingowym przy samym wejściu. Do Positano można przejść piękną Ścieżką Bogów (trzeba mieć buty do chodzenia po górach). Na wybrzeżu ciężko znaleźć miejsce parkingowe. Jest połączenie autobusowe. Okolica spokojna jednak nam trochę przeszkadzał kogut u sąsiada, który piał od około 6ej godziny z dość dużą częstotliwością, nie tylko rano. Jednakże w tak pięknej okolicy jak Wybrzeże Amalfitańskie warto wcześnie wstać, żeby jak najwięcej zobaczyć.

Clean and practically furnished apartment with an assigned parking space right at the entrance. You can walk to Positano along the beautiful Path of the Gods (you need hiking shoes). It's difficult to find parking on the coast. There is a bus connection. The area is quiet, but a rooster from the neighbor disturbed us a bit, as it crowed from around 6 am with quite a frequency, not just in the morning. However, in such a beautiful area as the Amalfi Coast, it is worth getting up early to see as much as possible.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man tolle Wanderung unternehmen (auch ohne Auto). Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön. Das einzige, was zu beachten ist ist, dass die Wohnung war im ersten Stock liegt und man von der Treppe aus direkt zu den Zimmern gelangt (es gibt keine extra Wohnungstür, die Zimmer sind aber alle einzeln abschließbar).

We were very satisfied. From the accommodation, you can take great hikes (even without a car). The accommodation was clean and beautiful. The only thing to note is that the apartment is on the first floor and you access the rooms directly from the stairs (there is no extra apartment door, but all rooms can be locked individually).

La casa di nonno luigi è in un angolo molto tranquillo di campagna, è stata ristrutturata da poco per cui tutto è nuovo e pulito. La location è perfetta per muoversi tra la costiera amalfitana, pompei e sorrento. inoltre è vicinissima alla partenza del sentiero degli dei, uno degli hike più belli che abbia mai fatto.

Best place! Grandpa Luigi's house is in a very quiet corner of the countryside, it has been recently renovated so everything is new and clean. The location is perfect for moving around the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Sorrento. Additionally, it is very close to the start of the Path of the Gods, one of the most beautiful hikes I've ever done.

Everything was great. Luigi greeted us despite arriving late. Everything was there in the place, beds are comfortable. The place is big and spacious. Bathroom was very clean

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Schöne, ruhige Lage in den Bergen oberhalb der Amalfiküste. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und wit hatten quasi "ein Haus" für uns alleine. Sehr großes Bad. Alkes sehr neuwertig eingerichtet.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, quiet location in the mountains above the Amalfi Coast. The apartment matched the description and we had almost "a house" to ourselves. Very large bathroom. Everything was very newly furnished.

I can't say enough good things about Luigi's guest house in Agerola, Pianillo. We got to see the Amalfi Coast on the way up, without having to bear the crowds and expensive tourist spots. Up in the hills, the views are spectacular, and it is very cool at night, a welcomed luxury after the heat of the day. The place is beautifully renovated with an eye for good workmanship. Luigi is kind, generous, and friendly.  He responded quickly to our inquiries and needs. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place. It is very clean and comfortable apartment located on a hill with beautiful views. I enjoyed very much the sun in the morning on the balcony, the walks to the village and of course the people. Thank you Luigi!

Francesco and his son Luigi are very sympathic and friendly hosts. The communication was perfect, we have been welcomed very warmly and get good recommondations for activities, restaurants and supermarkets around (Francesco even introduced us to his favorite grocer!).  It was a pleasant stay at Agerola - highly recommended!

Francesco and his family exceeded all expectations in every aspect. The most warm and hearty welcome we have ever received. He gave us great tips on restaurants, transport, attractions etc. Location is good - just a bit of a walk to the centre of the town. The apartment was spotlessly clean and modern. Francesco's place was perfect! Very clean, spacious, quiet, and a great view. Even a place to park a car. I would highly recommend this place for access to Amalfi coast without the chaos.

We loved our stay at Francesco's place. Francesco is an outstanding host, he did everything to make sure we were comfortable and provided us with several tips, which all turned out to be great. The place is wonderful, very spacious, very clean and with great views (even better than the photographs). The village is lovely and the locals are very welcoming. This was undoubtedly one of the best accomodations I have ever encountered. We wish we could have stayed longer!

A great place hidden away in the hills of Amalfi Coast.  Beautiful little flat with a lovely balcony and great views of the surrounding countryside. Francesco and his family were so welcoming and accommodating from the start. The only thing to bear in mind is that the place is quite far from the main coastal towns and a car is definitely required to get around. There are local buses too but walking isn’t really an option!!

Francesco was really nice and a looked after all our needs carefully. I really recommend staying at his apartment.

La grande cordialità dell'host. La costiera amalfitana è un luogo d'incanto, e Francesco ha saputo rendere questo soggiorno speciale. E' un host che sa accogliere i suoi ospiti con grande cordialità e al contempo con discrezione. E' attento e premuroso, sempre pronto a suggerimenti preziosi, disponibile a guidare verso itinerari non tradizionali per colorare il soggiorno con "percorsi" a cui non si era pensato. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto il tempo necessario per accogliere tutte le sue proposte, ma siamo certi che ne sarebbe valsa la pena! La casa è stata ristrutturata di recente, molto pulita, curata nei dettagli, confortevole, ha davvero tutto ciò che serve. E' al primo ed ultimo piano, con ingresso indipendente e scale interne molto agevoli, affaccia sulle campagne interne da cui si apre una veduta dall'alto del panorama agerolese, con accanto i monti, davvero suggestivo. E' da segnalare la quiete, gli unici suoni percepiti sono stati i cinguettii degli uccellini. Il relax è assicurato. Distante poco più di 1 km a piedi dalla piazza principale di Bomerano (dove sono situati la pro loco, alcuni bar dove è possibile assaggiare le tipiche spremute di agrumi, alcuni negozietti) la casa è dislocata in una zona strategica per raggiungere agevolmente a piedi i sentieri di trekking tra i più suggestivi della zona, uno fra tutti il Sentiero degli Dei. Francesco testimonia l'accoglienza tipica delle persone del SUD, così preziosa e ormai rara, ci ha "coccolati" con il benvenuto di frutta fresca ed il saluto di dolci campani, e ci ha consentito di posticipare il check out di alcune ore, e di questo lo ringraziamo. E' stato un vero piacere soggiornare nella sua casa e per questo lo raccomandiamo vivamente a tutti, singoli, famiglie, coppie, gruppi di amici!

The great warmth of the host. The Amalfi Coast is a place of enchantment, and Francesco made this stay special. He is a host who knows how to welcome his guests with great warmth and at the same time with discretion. He is attentive and caring, always ready with valuable suggestions, willing to guide towards non-traditional paths to enrich the stay with "routes" that one had not thought of. Unfortunately, we didn't have the necessary time to take on all his proposals, but we are sure it would have been worth it! The house has been recently renovated, very clean, well looked after, comfortable, it really has everything you need. It is on the first and last floor, with an independent entrance and very easy internal stairs, overlooking the internal countryside from which a view from above of the Agerola panorama opens up, with the mountains beside it, truly striking. It is worth noting the quiet, the only sounds heard were the chirping of the birds. Relaxation is guaranteed. Only a little over 1 km on foot from the main square of Bomerano (where the pro loco is located, some bars where you can taste the typical citrus juices, some little shops) the house is located in a strategic area to easily reach on foot the most impressive trekking trails in the area, one of them being the Path of the Gods. Francesco embodies the typical hospitality of the people of the SOUTH, so precious and now rare, he "pampered" us with the welcome of fresh fruit and the greeting of typical pastries from Campania, and allowed us to delay the check-out for a few hours, for which we thank him. It was a real pleasure to stay in his house and for that, we highly recommend him to everyone, individuals, families, couples, groups of friends!
