Positive: proximity to the beach, close to shops, tranquility Ideal for two people. The person who handed me the keys was very pleasant and informed me about the different activities. Negative: the equipment (oven, microwave, etc...) is old and needs to be replaced. a small renovation would be very nice shutters in the bedroom would be very pleasant (sun at 6 am)
