After having our Airbnb reservations canceled twice less than a week before departure, the first due to a heart attack and the second by an unreliable host, we booked with Mrs. Micheline in Ste-Rose. We were very stressed, but she managed to reassure us that everything would be fine. We spent a lovely week in her house, which is very well divided to accommodate guests. There is a small outdoor kitchen for cooking meals. The pool is very nice and clean. The house is very secure with a fence surrounding the property. The property is well located for visiting Basse-Terre since in the morning we are going against the traffic heading to PAP. The grocery stores are not far away and there are plenty of activities within an hour's drive. Mrs. Micheline welcomes us as if we were members of her family. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely return.

The accommodation is slightly away from the main roads, ensuring both peace and easy access to many places.<br/>Micheline and Lucien welcomed us like family, they were very attentive. They were incredibly kind and also very discreet during our entire stay. One can only recommend this place for its warmth, the beauty of the surroundings, the guaranteed change of scenery, and peace of mind!
