Positive : Host was great and easy to contact. Location is great within walking distance to supermarket and beach. Negative : The agent that manage the property account is very difficult to contact and they are based in France. The agent rate on Booking.com was 3 time higher to what it is offered on the market. I book in the same complex a different studio of better standard cheaper. Based in France, they have no clue on the market rate and since it is peak season, they jump the rate up.

Jacques' studio is very well equipped

Jacques' studio is very well equipped; we had everything we needed for an excellent stay. The residence also has a swimming pool, which is a real plus, although sadly we didn’t have time to use it. The location is just perfect: only a 5-minute walk from the centre of Grand Baie, with easy access to shops, restaurants and amenities. Jacques is a very responsive, available and helpful host. We greatly appreciated his welcome and availability throughout our stay. I recommend it.
