The property's location

3.5/5

Positive: The property's location Negative: Soundproofing is almost non-existent; the 'terrace' is not really a terrace but just an exit. Adjacent gardens are unkempt, causing a mosquito problem. A supposedly free parking area, but the whole neighbourhood is a blue zone, so parking is limited to 4 hours in the same spot — if you plan to visit the capital you may get a parking fine (which happened to us); if your car is still there you were lucky. The information given about parking is not clear or explicit. The oven doesn't heat or only heats very little.
