Positive: Great location as it is very close to the beach. Well located on the island as many sites are accessible from Flic-en-Flac. Negative: Road in front of the building is noisy in the morning and evening, at night it’s okay.

Very well located, facing the sea, lovely view from the terrace. A car is recommended for exploring the island but is not essential. Public transport is less than 200m away, as well as a convenience store and souvenir shops. Excellent welcome. I recommend it without hesitation.
