Nice apartment with a gorgeous view from windows/balcony. About a 7 minute walk from a metro station that will carry you straight to the heart of the city. One con is that check in was difficult...the host was late and there was a language barrier. Also, check out is at 6am which  is extremely early, so I’d recommend communicating with the host about this prior to your reservation if that is an issue. Luckily for me and my group of 5, the host was flexible with this check out time. 

Overall, I would recommend this space. Great value and easy to get around.

Positive : L'appartamento è bello e piuttosto bene tenuto. Rinnovato da poco e accogliente. Il gestore molto disponibile e gentile, nonostante il problema della lingua. 
Dall&#39;appartamento si possono ammirare la Tour Eifell e il quartiere latino in lontananza.
 Negative : L'appartamento si trova in una zona brutta e molto sporca e con i trasporti non proprio comodissimi.

Appartement très moderne et accueil très agréable, belle vue on voit la Tour Eiffel, volets roulant appréciable, nous étions 8 filles par contre que 6 paires de couverts et 6 chaises ,les serviettes de toilettes le nombres c était juste, pas assez de papier toilette  , pas de torchons,le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas bien , la cafetière c est une tassimo donc prévoir capsule ,quartier calme

Very modern apartment and very pleasant welcome, beautiful view we can see the Eiffel Tower, appreciated roller shutters, we were 8 girls but only 6 sets of cutlery and 6 chairs, the number of towels was just enough, not enough toilet paper, no dish towels, the dishwasher did not work well, the coffee maker is a Tassimo so remember to bring capsules, quiet neighborhood.

The place is located about 20 min away from the Eiffel Tower and in a modest working-class neighborhood. (You can see the tower and downtown Paris from the living room. Pretty cool.) There was also an AMAZING bakery across the street that i visited every day when i was there. 

We had a decent stay although we could’ve benefitted from more blankets, more cleanliness, and more guidance with the parking situation since it’s all street parking.

The apartment is roomy and comfortable. Plenty of space for six adults. We enjoyed the view of the city and Eifel Tower from the apartment.  The neighborhood had plenty of great restaurants within a short walking distance as well as grocery and convenience stores, and the metro station.  Parking was challenging as we had to drive around the block several times until a spot became available.

The apartment is roomy and comfortable. 

The house was very nice, and the view was nice as well, but there wasn’t enough space for 8 people, and the one bathroom was slightly inconvenient, the floor is very creaky so makes lots of sound at night. The area isn’t the best and night but overall the stay was good. And the neighbours were really nice.

The place was great, we really enjoyed our stay. Despite being a group of eight people, we felt really comfortable and not limited. The apartment matched its description and offered us a comfortable weekend. The instructions on how to get to & into the apartment were clear and well-connected to the public transportation system. The host responded really quickly and was there if we needed them! Can definitely recommend this listing!

Nous n'avons fait qu'une nuit dans le logement donc difficile de noter, mais le confort était là, nous avons pu nous reposer correctement pour repartir le lendemain. Logement propre avec tout se qu'il faut. 
Nous étions 6, tout le monde était content, je recommande ! 
A noter qu'il serait bien de préciser dans l'annonce ou par message perso' le code des portes/portails étant donné que personne n'est là pour nous accueillir. Merci a la voisine en tout cas.

We only spent one night in the accommodation, so it's hard to rate, but the comfort was there, and we were able to rest properly before leaving the next day. The accommodation was clean and had everything needed. 
We were 6, and everyone was happy, I recommend it! 
It would be good to specify in the listing or via personal message the codes for the doors/gates since no one is there to welcome us. Thanks to the neighbor in any case.

We decided to take a family trip to Paris and needed to find something that would sleep all (7) of us. That is a bit challenging when looking to find something on a "budget". We found Diane's place and decided to book it. I was just in Paris about 4 months prior and it looked like the rental wasn't too far from the Sacré-Cœur. I falsely assumed that the metro would be closer to the apartment than it is. After getting more familiar with the bus system we found we were able to travel to the metro fairly easily. Booking with Diane was easy and she's provides fast response to your questions. I was given some direction prior to checking in with the hopes that the process would be smooth. I contacted the property manager there in Paris a few days before travel. Diane doesn't live near Paris and uses the help of others while staying in her place. I thought I had everything under control and scheduled. However, when we arrived at the apartment building the outside gate was locked and we were unable to get ahold of the property manager or the building manager (two different people). We waited outside the gate for 45-60 minutes until someone that lived in the building let us into the courtyard. We were able to communicate with Diane and she was frantically trying to get in contact with someone as well to help us. Eventually the cleaning lady came down and got us into the apartment. She didn't speak any English and we don't speak any French so it was a bit of a mess. After some time trying to communicate she left us her keys and we got settled into the apartment. The apartment was clean and ready for us. However, we were only given (4) towels instead of (7) and only had (2) small rolls of toilet paper. We asked for more to be delivered to us. We did receive more toilet paper but never any more towels. Everything else in the apartment was as expected and worked properly. There was some great views of the city. You are removed a little from all the action which was fine. There is a washing machine which was very helpful to wash our clothes. The street the building is located on has several shops that you can buy food and other items. Given the price we paid for the apartment I would say we received a good value for our money. In the future I would do a little more due diligence to find a place located closer to the metro as that was our main form of transportation.

This was a great apartment for a family holiday - easy access to the city by Metro or RER, kids loved the 2nd bedroom and wonderful sunset view over Eiffel tower & Montmartre. Excellent boulangerie & supermarket close by. Good communication made checking in and out easy.

Nice apartment with lift and everything what you need for cooking or relaxing. The good shower and the space is a big plus. For Transportation you have a bus station directly by the house.

Diane's apartment is handsome and quite large for Paris. I genuinely enjoyed the views of Paris over the Plaine Saint-Denis light industrial landscape and tracks. While Plain Saint-Denis holds no major attraction, it is close enough (15 minutes' walk) to both the metro and (in the other direction) the RER, a mass transit train that takes you into the middle of Paris in no time at all. There are plenty of grocery shops and bakeries nearby, and a few quite all-right restaurants. The area is ethnically-mixed, working and middle-class, not rough as one might expect, we felt quite safe. It's a great option for a family exploring Paris.

Logement qui correspond à la description. A proximité du SDF. Lumineux, calme, propre, grand. Le petit plus pour la bouteille d'eau fraîche qui nous attendait dans le frigo avec ces chaleurs. Rien à redire.

Accommodation matches the description. Close to SDF. Bright, quiet, clean, spacious. The nice touch was the bottle of cold water waiting for us in the fridge with this heat. Nothing to complain about.

Apartment was really clean and so pretty. Really nice view from almost all of the apartment windows. We didn’t have any problem with communication with the host, we got all the info about how to get in the apartment in time and responses were really quick.  It’s not that close to the city center, but it’s really easy to get there by subway, so no problem with that either. Overall the stay was really wonderful!

Inside was nice for being an older building. the floors squeak a lot even when trying to tiptoe. other than that a very nice stay and the host was extremely good about replying to messages and helping. The building feels very safe.

Ca 25 min traveling to the city by metro and many groceries and bakers nearby.
 Negative : Cleanliness and facilities were a bit so-so, but it was fine all in all. Just be aware that hosts don't speak English, but it&#39;s doable by google translation. Signs on the walls said they expected &quot;No noise pollution after 7PM&quot;, it seems to be a little overkill requirement, also in context of overall street life in evenings.
