How to cancel my reservation?
By email at customer@homerez.com, before the deadline set by the selected cancellation conditions.
How is reimbursement?
The total amount of the stay (excluding cancellation warranty costs) is reimbursed in 2 working days on the means of payment method used when ordering.
What happens if I cancel out of the deadlines provided for by my cancellation conditions ?
If you cancel less than 60 days for the standard option or less than 5 days before your arrival for the flexible option, the sums already paid will not be reimbursed. Additional cancellation fees can also be applied.
How can I change my reservation at no cost?
By sending an email to customer@homerez.com specifying your new dates of stay. The modification of dates at no cost is possible subject to availability at the same price as the initial reservation.
